Follow-up – and babysit – US President Barack Obama confirmed Monday that his country would not allocate additional funds to fight al “Daash” in Iraq, as pointed out that Washington will contribute to the reconstruction of Iraq.
Obama said in an interview with the national radio that “NPR” “The United States needs to spend a trillion dollars on rebuilding schools and roads and on the basic science and research here in the United States,” .ofatt that “such amount is not going to fight Daash.”
Obama added that “the United States can assist in the reconstruction of war-torn countries such as Iraq, Syria and Libya.”
He continued that “reconstruction must be carried out by the countries concerned on their own.”
