Shakes hands with US President Barack Obama and Raul Castro, Cuban presidents at a summit meeting in Panama in a rare encounter.
It is scheduled to hold US and Cuban presidents on Saturday, a historic meeting on the sidelines of the Summit of the Americas in Panama, in a move that constitutes a crucial stage in the process of rapprochement between the two countries.
The White House said that Obama and Castro Sathadthan on the sidelines of the 35 heads of states meeting in the first dialogue between the two heads of state since 1956.
