Said the coalition of “state law” led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said he will use the Federal Court (secured their allegiance to the government) in order to topple the legitimate local government in Baghdad.
Announced the Baghdad Provincial Council member for a coalition of “state law” Saad logistical “The Federal Supreme Court has ordered the restructuring of local government in Baghdad.”
Logistical said the “State of Law bloc in Baghdad Council made an inquiry to the Federal Court on the legality of the first meeting of the provincial council and the distribution of positions, due to the fact that two of the members of the council incompetent legitimacy and members not to attend the meeting of state law.”
He explained that “this means that the meeting was held quorum is incomplete, which means it is illegal, and the consequent illegal,” adding that “the Federal Court did not issue a formal decision in this regard so far, but it probably will order the restructuring of local government in Baghdad.”
