New measures to protect Iraqi funds abroad

Iraq was able to find alternative measures to the Development Fund for Iraq (DFI) with near the end of the protection of American money in it. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Rose Nuri Shaways, explaining
