Deputy President of the Republic, Osama Najafi, that the fall of dozens of Iraqis between the dead and wounded in two bomb attacks last night and this morning, in the capital Baghdad, an attempt by Daesh terrorist gangs to cover their defeat in Mosul and the heavy losses suffered there in personnel and equipment.
Nujaifi said in a press statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it today, on Tuesday, “We condemn the bombings of criminal in Baghdad on Monday night in the Karrada district and this morning near the retirement Directorate in Karkh, which claimed Dhathma dozens of innocent people among the dead and wounded.”
” We condemn this cowardly act and we are preparing terrorist acts aimed at harvesting the innocent and destabilize security, to cover large losses to Daesh awful defeat in Mosul and near with the final declaration of liberation.”
Najafi also called on the security services in Iraq to redoubled efforts to curb terrorist attacks against innocent citizens and their property efforts.
During the last twelve hours of martyrs and injured dozens killed in two bomb attacks Lakea Karrada and Karkh in Baghdad.
According to a security source cited nine people and wounded 36 , including women and children , and members of the security, in a final toll of the explosion of a car bomb this morning, before the public pension department in Karkh, while came hours after the fall of the martyrs and wounded in a car bomb district of Karrada in the explosion.
