A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ahmed Al-Moussawi, confirmed, on Tuesday, that the coordination framework has reassurance about the committee of experts that the judiciary will choose to consider violations and electoral violations, pointing out that the court postponed its decision until next week in order to obtain a definite answer from the technical committee and experts in the electoral bodies.
Al-Moussawi said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that “the Federal Court, after setting it on the 13th of this month to consider the complaint submitted by the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance Hadi Al-Amiri, will use experts and technicians to say its word regarding the manipulation of the election results and the violations that occurred in the electoral process.”
He added that “the Federal Court is the only way left for the forces that believe that their votes have been stolen, as the decision to be issued by this court will be binding on all.”
And Al-Moussawi said, “The Iraqi judiciary is the one who will choose the specialized technical committees that will take measures regarding the manipulation of results, as the judiciary will not allow the coming of politicized experts or affiliated with political parties.” NS
