Baghdad / Algdadah News .. warned the Kurdistan Alliance MP Qasim Mchkta, Saturday, disagreements broke out again between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government, because of the delay in the enactment of the oil and gas industry.
He said Mchkta told / Baghdadi News / “The delay ratification of the oil and laurel does not serve the parties nor the Iraqi people,” adding that “the period set by the Kurdistan Regional Government in favor of the Iraqi people as a kind of pressure building in order to speed up the enactment of the oil and gas. ”
“The lack of enactment of this Act would leave the door open to differences, but if initiated, it will determine the responsibilities and powers that can not override it by any party,” stressing “the need to have a strategy correct and clear of oil in Iraq through the cooperation of all parties in the governments of Baghdad and the region. ”
He added that “the contracts concluded by the Kurdistan Regional Government, with the oil companies are in favor of the province and there are three points to give the province the right after the delay in approving the oil and gas law, the first is that the Kurdistan region has a special law for oil and gas legitimized by parliament in the region, and the second due to an agreement 2007 between Baghdad and the region, which stipulates that in the event not approve the law by 31.05.2007, the right of the province export oil until the legislation law, while the third point is represented in Article 112 Pfqrtaha first and second that if it were explained would be the prerogative of the provincial export ,
