On Friday, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, inspected the Peshmerga forces in the Bardi axis to congratulate them on Eid al-Adha.
The presidency of the regional government in Baban said that Barzani, in a speech he delivered during his visit, praised the role of the Peshmerga forces in permanently defending the region’s achievements and its constitutional entity.
Barzani indicated that the region is always committed to the constitution and the agreements concluded with the federal government to solve problems, and at the same time it will not give up its constitutional rights.
Barzani touched on the problem of seizing the lands of the Kurds and Turkmens in the areas outside the administration of the region, as he is in contact with the Prime Minister of the federal government and demanded an end to these unconstitutional violations, and the Prime Minister of the federal government took measures to solve this problem.
Barzani stressed the need to solve the problems of the regions within the constitutional Article 140.
