Vice President Nuri al – Maliki refused to attend wanted to spend a year conference to be held in Baghdad in mid this month, indicating that the threat of a referendum for self – determination in the current stage will lead to the complexity of the political scene.

He said al – Maliki , according to the statement that “post – Daesh calls for establishing a new phase supports the completion of the construction process and restore services to the liberated areas and the rest of the cities of the country , ” calling for ” the need to move away from the convulsive approach in addressing the problems faced by the political process”, warning of attempts to stretch some on liberated territories under various pretexts.

It is scheduled to witness the capital Baghdad in mid – July of this, “Year Conference” was held in the presence of dignitaries and political leaders aimed to form a Sunni political authority in Iraq, at a time when the Kurdistan region is preparing to hold a referendum for the secession of the province amid opposition from many countries.
