Maliki calls for the House of Representatives to declare state of emergencyBaghdad – and babysit – Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Tuesday, declaring a state of maximum alert in the whole of Iraq, and asked for Parliament to declare a state of emergency to cope with the organization “Daash”, called on all ministries to care for displaced families.
Al-Maliki said at a press conference in Baghdad, and was attended by a reporter and news agency public opinion (and babysit), “The government has decided to declare a state of alarm maximum in Iraq,” and urged parliament to “convene an urgent meeting to declare a state of emergency in the country in order to meet the organization Daash terrorist.”
