An advisor in the Council of Ministers that the Federal Court did not respond to challenge the law determining the three presidencies so far. The legal advisor to the Council of Ministers, Fadhil Mohammed Jawad, said “the Federal Court is not empowered to examine or permit the constitutionality of the law is not effective.” He explained that “the Federal Court will challenge the law in accordance with the Constitution and law in the country.”
