He added that “the Kurdistan Alliance bloc is still insisting on the adoption of a consensus in the decisions of the Court, as well as a consensus president and vice president to pass resolutions relating to the center and the region.”

And between Turan, that “other political blocs still insists on not possible to achieve consensus within the Federal Court, otherwise there is no justification for its existence already.”

He pointed out that “objecting to the demands of the Kurdistan Alliance blocs see the possibility of resorting to the application of the principle of majority or an absolute majority substitute for consensus in the Federal Court decisions.”

The member of the parliamentary legal, the Presidency of the Parliament to “resume the stalled discussions between the political blocs on the possibility of passing the Federal Court Act.”
