The head of the parliamentary committee for financial and economic affairs, Izzet Saber, said in a press statement, commenting on the news circulated about the conversion of Barzani’s authority to parliament, said: “This is true, before we reach a political vacuum and legal will be distributed these powers between the parliament and the Council of Ministers” .
Barzani has not appeared before the media since the federal forces imposed law and power in the province of Kirkuk and most of the disputed areas on the 16th of this month.
