Reported Kurdish رووداو, that Jemaah Islamiyah opposition to the government of Iraqi Kurdistan filed a lawsuit against the provincial government because of the release of six of the party cadres detained since 2003 and their fate is unknown until now languishing in secret prisons belonging to the Kurdistan Regional Government in Arbil.
The newspaper pointed out, citing one the leaders in the group she promoted a lawsuit in the courts of the province, against the government of Iraqi Kurdistan to not release or questionnaire fate of six cadres group who have been arrested since 2003, noting that they “spoke to the higher authorities in the region more than once did not respond to them.
The leader, according to the newspaper that “the group would like to know if they are alive or not, and why they are being held so far.”
The security forces in the Kurdistan region of Iraq arrested many years ago a number of elements of Jemaah Islamiah, was after the release of a number of them, without knowing the fate of the others so far.
