MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Ribawar Taha, Sunday, that the National Alliance has no objection to the application of Article 140 during the current parliamentary session, stressing that the dialogues between the two parties regarding the positive formation of the government.
Taha said in a statement for “Alsumaria News”, seen by the Agency for News News (et) that “Article 140 of Kirkuk and disputed areas of the first demands of the Kurds basic submitted to the National Alliance,” pointing out that “the coalition has no objection to the application of Article” .
Taha said “the ongoing consultations between the National Alliance and the Kurdistan to form a government characterized as positive,” noting that “the meetings are still going on in this regard, and there are also positive signs for the application of Article 140.”
The Kurdistan Alliance, Monday (18 August 2014), that his participation in the next government, subject to their agreement to the conditions and basic constitutional, while a student dues, regardless of the Kurdistan region and the application of Article 140 of the Constitution and resolve disputes relating to oil and gas.
