Kurdistan Alliance: No negotiations with Baghdad over budget

Kurdistan Alliance confirmed that negotiations with Baghdad parked on the budget and the Quartet, which was formed did not meet until now.
A member of the coalition Najiba Najib told ((eighth day)) that negotiations between Baghdad and the province stopped before the start of the election and did not resume until now and the Kurdistan Alliance called for Baghdad to stop collective punishment against the staff of the province and that the budget must be passed through dialogue with all parties, not a majority.
