Kurdish leader: Article 140 and file oil exports will be present negotiations to form a government

Tomorrow’s Press / Baghdad said the leadership of the Kurdistan Alliance and former MP Khalil Mahma, on Thursday, that my article 140 and oil exports to Iraq’s Kurdistan region will be present in the negotiations to form a government, pointing out that the leaders of the provincial government supports Abadi.

Khalil said that “the Kurdish political leaders will be largely supportive of the government-Abadi, in order to form a strong government and a solid that can change and address the mistakes that occurred in which the previous government.”
He said the national coalition led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi, on Thursday, that the principle of national partnership will join with the President in the blocks to form the next government to avoid falling Balkhtae that the Iraqi people are still paying for it.
He also announced an alliance of national forces, on Thursday, sending the paper to form the government in charge of the Dawa party leader Haider al-Abadi, include achieving “the legitimate demands of the people of the year” compared to participate in the next government.
Commissioned by President Fuad Masum, on the 11th of this month, the leader of the Dawa Party, Haider Abadi form a government within 30 days.
