Khamenei writes to Obama: Daash war against the nuclear

The newspaper “Wall Street Journal” reported that Ali Khamenei’s response to the initiatives of US President Barack Obama amid the nuclear talks to send a secret message to him.
The newspaper said, quoting an Iranian diplomat said Khamenei sent a letter to Obama in recent weeks in response to a message sent by Obama in October.
The newspaper quoted a diplomat as saying that Obama’s message suggested the possibility of cooperation of the United States and Iran in fighting al Daash if reached a nuclear agreement, and that the letter was “respectful.” The White House declined to comment on the report.
Khamenei said last week that he would accept a compromise in the nuclear talks and gave his strongest defense yet of the decision of President Hassan Rohani to negotiate with the West, a policy opposed by hardliners those with influence in Iran.
The aim of the nuclear talks with the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany to reach an agreement relieves the West fears of Tehran of pursuing a secret program for nuclear weapons in exchange for the lifting of sanctions that destroyed the Iranian economy.
