Agencies – revealed the decision of Parliament Muhammad Khalidi, Sunday, about the inability of parliament from approving the budget, less than two months, attributing this to the wide differences on some of its clauses between the political blocs.
Khalidi said in a press statement, said that “Parliament will discuss the 2014 budget law Tuesday in an effort to resolve some of the contentious points and accelerate the approval service to the public interest of the country.”
“The government has sent a budget bill to parliament without the agreement of the political blocs causing delays in approval during the next few days.”
“The main points of contention in the budget law is not to accept the Kurds a lot of clauses and their withdrawal from the session discussed as well as intercepting oil-producing provinces on the petro-dollar stakes.”
Khalidi pointed out that “the political blocs continue their discussions and Ajtmatha extended to reach a satisfactory agreement about the federal budget law for the year 2014.” P / h
