Its core is Qaani and its engine is a Western message delivered by Al-Kazemi..disclosure of the scenes of the state administrationShafaq News/ Informed political sources revealed, on Tuesday, the scenes that crystallized the new political alliance “State Administration”, through which the coordination framework leads the efforts to form the new government.

The sources told Shafaq News Agency, “After the end of the forty visit ceremony, the commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Ismail Qaani, held several meetings in the capital, Baghdad, with a number of political forces, with the aim of pushing them to unify positions in order to form a new government, while striving to be the current Al-Sadr is part of this government.”

And she indicated that “the formation of the State Administration coalition, its nucleus is the dialogues conducted by Qaani, but the main engine for the maturation of the project was represented in messages conveyed by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi from the international community, which he received during his recent visit to the United States of America.”

She added, “Al-Kazemi assured the Iraqi political forces that the international community is very angry with the political developments that are taking place in Iraq that have prompted the use of violence and chaos, and the international community called on these forces to speedy dialogue and resolve the crisis in accordance with agreement and consensus without marginalizing any political party, and for this political forces headed towards Forming a coalition that brings them together under one roof to form the new government.

The sources concluded that “the Iraqi political forces realized the danger of the international community’s warnings, in addition to the pressures exerted on them by Iran, which prompted them to form a coalition of state administration with an idea from the coordinating framework, and the rest of the Iraqi political forces agreed to it.”

Leaders in the Coordination Framework Alliance confirmed the approaching of announcing the formation of the “State Administration” coalition, which includes the Sunni and Kurdish Arab forces in addition to the “Coordination”, in a move aimed at moving forward with the resumption of the work of Parliament and the formation of the new government.

The framework’s talk came after a meeting of leaders from the Coordination Framework, the “Sovereignty” coalition, the Kurdistan Democratic Party, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the “Azm” coalition.

The Iraqi parliament is scheduled to resume its session tomorrow, Wednesday, but the session’s agenda included voting to dismiss the Speaker of the Council, Muhammad al-Halbousi, in a step that was considered surprising.

Al-Halbousi is one of the poles of a tripartite alliance that also brought together al-Sadr and the Democratic Party, but this bloc was unable to form the Iraqi government, after months of tension and attraction with the coordination framework, which ended with al-Sadr’s withdrawal from the political process.

The coordination framework is now addressing the efforts to form a government through his candidate, Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, and through the formation of the “State Administration” coalition, which is awaiting the formal joining of the Kurds and Sunnis.

But these poles are moving cautiously in the new government formation, as they work to ensure that al-Sadr does not object to this approach, as the latter is armed with a protesting mass base, which has previously stormed the Iraqi parliament and government headquarters several times.
