A source close to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said that there is no truth to the recent news of the resignation of his post, noting that some electronic media sites allegations in this regard are black rumors designed to shuffle the deck.
The source said that “some of the electronic media, which published these rumors, is tendentious and supported by third parties, promoted to news of the resignation of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi from his post,” saying it was “news baseless and unfounded at all.”
He continued that “it is called these black rumors known their ends and their goals and want to shuffle the cards, as the Abadi rest of his program reform and his government, which has an internal and external political support not seen in a previous government,” noting that “some people do not like to walk the country in the right direction, as they prefer their personal interests to the interests of the country and the citizens. ”
