6-7-2013 Newshound Guru American Contractor Article: “Secret Procedures for recovery of the dinar against the dollar” The Iraq Central bank has imposed new rules on the Iraq Banking sector in regards to hard currency and the Iraq dinar. Each Iraqi citizen is limited to how much Iraq dinar they can exchange for hard currency. The limit per person is $5000 USD. They have to show their Iraqi passport & then they can make their transaction. But, most Iraqi’s don’t have a passport. The Central Bank is now encouraging the black market to prosper. Now see why in the upcoming weeks the sale of the US dollars will go down, but this will only be temporary. This will not be good long term for Iraq.

6-7-2013 Intel Guru Redwolf We can talk all day about a global re-set but there has to be real world indicators to have this happen. We have watched today changes of 1%+ in over 45 Currencies. These currencies fluctuate daily and some days we may have up to 10 move more than 1% but today is a record breaker. This also is happening for a good reason as it too is a precursor to the re-set. So, we watch and wait as it can’t be long now!
6-7-2013 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [we are on limited time before ramadan begins (as nothing happens during this time)…is there anything positive that you are seeing/hearing happening that looks like June ‘might’ be a good month?] We are seeing a lot of push on HCL and also Chapter 7, and June is young yet… fingers crossed that this is a great month for Dinarians!
6-7-2013 Intel Guru Delta The shocking event from today is the announcement on Iraqiya TV that Iraq just began their Fiscal Year (FY) today!! The FY starts when the budget is opened! S [Shabibi] said that the LD’s will come out when the budget is open – technically the budget starts when people get paid, but the announcement on Iraqiya TV today that the FY has started – they cannot do this without a rate!!
6-7-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG I’m hearing rumblings of the next couple of weeks possibly being a “instance of heighted alert” relative to the Dinar…obviously much depends on the outcome of current and upcoming meetings…so anything is possible…however, I find it most interesting the opposition and the Kurds are both content with “status quo” for the moment… my guess is – they know something is headed towards conclusion and they are “waiting it out”…

6-6-2013 Intel Guru Delta Looks like the long journey of the IQD is coming to an end. USA will never allow Iraq to fall into civil war, will not let the plan fail, too much $ invested in it. National Meeting photo with all the political bloc the leaders all holding hands broke the ice, and the now the Council of Ministers will meet this coming Sunday, this is HUGE! These leaders are like mixing water and oil, and to have them together showing unity is HUGE; this is very important for the RV and Iraq in the long run.
6-6-2013 Intel Guru Delta The lower denoms are going to come out soon, the denoms will have the Kurdish language included on it which is also huge; to do this, need to show the world they are united. Delta got confirmation that they will NOT come out at 1000:1, the 3 zeros will just be lifted and the 3 zero notes taken from the street as they are cashed in. Sources say in their opinion the rate is to come out in “early June” which is Jun 1 – 14; 15th is mid-June, however, no one knows the date or rate, so if we don’t see it by the end of June, don’t be upset – we’ve waited 10 years, a couple of weeks doesn’t matter.

There are threats against him so the chpt 7 signing was delayed for security reasons. There is a date that’s official for the payment of government employees: June 19; about 78% of the workforce of Iraq are paid by the government (GOI employees, pensioners, soldiers, police, etc); the majority of people are about to get paid – why? Is there a basket of currencies revaluing? Relax! This is so close!!!
6-6-2013 Intel Guru TD Informed by my GOI contact that the June Agenda of stabilizing the IQD is still a priority. The target they are shooting for is indeed $1.00 = 1000 IQD. Mechanisms of achievement being worked on at the CBI daily now. Goal leading up to Ramadan is slight improvement in purchasing power for citizens. UN announcements of country progress is still scheduled 3rd week of June.
6-6-2013 Intel Guru TD All internal agreements between factions taken care of last weekend at National meeting and this weekend’s upcoming meeting between central GOI & Kurds a formality. Maliki is NOT an obstacle, he wants to go out as someone who accomplished progress. He will be retiring after his term is up. For those claiming Iraq is NOT in control of things —ARE DEAD WRONG !! Of course they have lots of help but they have been given the keys to the Hummer. Details of exchanging of current notes to lower denoms scheduled for late summer/early fall.
6-6-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar Article quote: “the council will transfer some of the issues related to the Chapter VII to Chapter VI of the UN Charter when it meets to discuss the matter next month.” The key word is some. Some is part of not the whole meaning technically they are still in chapter VII with the potential files dealing with Kuwait that might be moved to VI. The UN under the current situation with Maliki blatantly violating the UN sanctions against Syria and Iran, will not release Iraq totally from VII until Iraq changes its ways.
6-6-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar If Kuwait is willing to normalize relations with Iraq, then Iraq should be rewarded by this move from VII to VI on the issue of Kuwait. Iraq has accepted the border demarcation by the UN and Iraq and Kuwait have formed joint funds to pay those people who are to be moved. This issue at least looks more and more like a non issue finally.
