7-21-2013 Intel Guru Ray Was talking to a contact of mine in Baghdad and got the following info. He said, according to various media reports, that the World Bank gave their approval to the CBI for the revalue. He also stated that the IMF gave their approval yesterday. He also stated that an area is being built in Baghdad for the media that is coming for some big announcement being made sometime next week. He also said that there are banking officials from various countries that are constantly coming and going to the CBI. The people are still being told daily that the rv is imminent. I know a lot of people are saying that the UN will be making the announcement of the rv. I remember Maliki saying a few years ago that he would be the one making the announcement. Maybe this is the time, finally. I hope to have more news in the next few days.

I HAVE HEARD ALL THE RUMORS LIKE YOU BUT AM REGARDING THEM AS RUMOR UNTIL I AM TOLD DIFFERENT. I FIRMLY FEEL WE ARE CLOSE BUT CAN NOT SAY EXACTLY WHEN, I TOO AM LIKE YOU AND AM AS ANXIOUS AS ANYONE. Listen up, if Iraq does not do what they agreed to they can and will be moved from Chapter VI back to Chapter VII. I think they get the message.
7-21-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday i told you about the final approval of the imf and we know from a few days ago the world bank gave their approval so this is what they plan to do to do it successfully and it obviously means right around the corner somewhere because this is preparation for activation of all reforms economically. Article quote ”Suggested an economic advisor to Mjelbs National Business Iraqi formation of an advisory board top is developing the economic policies of the country in coordination with the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation”… so this is the team development to monitor it all as they pull the trigger. it is a very positive day in the dinar world if i do say so…wow the news is exciting right now.

Just enjoy the rainbow colors for now…And ……. If in Your heart You do not feel that everything is ok ……. Then it is because it is not the end …….. 7-20-2013 Intel Guru TD I emailed my contact about reason for the CBI being closed two weekends in a row and asked if anything was brewing. His response : ” No, nothing out of the ordinary here in Iraq during Ramadan for any business, government office to be closed for a half day/full day or even a weekend. Because Muslims fast all day (including no drinking of water) it’s difficult to maintain normal business hours of operation”. “It’s physically challenging”.
7-20-2013 Intel Guru TD I asked him to update any developments and one of his MP colleagues met with Turki & Saleh on Tuesday and Turki expressed his intention to hold off implementation of first steps of currency reform till after Ramadan. He told this MP that the merchants in Iraq would have too much difficulty adjusting to new price structures in the marketplace. So my contact now concludes that the rest of Ramadan is a wash.
7-20-2013 Intel Guru TD One interesting other tidbit is that a high ranking country official (can’t repeat which country) met with the entire CBI staff (including Turki & Saleh) and urged them the necessity of speeding up currency reform and this delegation was told to mind their own business, that Iraq knew what they were doing and would do this on their terms. Anyway it seems all bets are off till after Ramadan.

Peeps…there are things that are yet to happen to bring this to completion and until those things are finished it will not be released…Do things look great? Yes, but anyone putting a timeline on things are not fully aware of what is actually going on…Now it could be wrapped up before we know it…it is coming…I am looking at this coming out soon.
7-20-2013 Newshound Guru Doc We can only report facts and the facts are that there has been no announced RV either in country, outside the country, by the CBI, by the UN, by the IMF or any other world wide agency. Additionally the IQD has not shown up with a RV rate on the FOREX, NASDAQ or any other legitimate exchange nor is it blinking on some…back room bank screen. Additionally there is no master global reset holding up currency reform in Iraq. The facts remain as has been reported for some time and…Iraq still does not have all the infrastructure in place to support currency reform long term. As these things (HCl for one) fall into place then currency reform will happen. The good news is the GOI and CBI seem to be working at intensified speed toward that end. We report, you decide.

7-20-2013 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [We have seen a lot of chatter and “demands” coming from members of Parliament for the CBI to incorporate Monetary change. What do you think is the hold up?] At this time… nothing in specific, other than perhaps Ramadan. If they have made an agreement to not pass anything major until Ramadan is over, then we are just going to have to be patient and wait. They never come to agreements quickly, so it’s really no surprise that it hasn’t happened overnight.
7-20-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Deletion of zeros: the will of the state unit condition” IMO, I feel the “delete 3 zero” or “lift 3 zero” is a two part event. Before they can do this, they must raise the value first (otherwise it makes no sense). So we expect the float to occur (accept IMF Article VIII), then as this article says..Dec 2013 they can declare “officially” they have deleted the zeros and start Jan 1, 2014 by implementing the “law of indebtedness” and issue smaller bills, etc. when the rate reaches 1 to $1 or about.

IT WAS REPORTED TO ME THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO BECOME A FULL MEMBER OF OPEC AND FROM NEWS TODAY THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR SOME TIME TO DO A DEAL WITH OPEC TO BECOME FULL MEMBER BUT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN VOTED IN AS OF YET??? IT IS SAID TO BE DEPENDENT ON PART OF THE HCL LAW FOR THEM TO HAVE A TRADABLE CURRENCY AND TO ALSO BECOME FULL MEMBER OF WTO. I PERSONALLY DON’T SEE THE CONNECTION BUT I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH OPEC RULES AND REGS.

7-19-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony We had a great day yesterday and may get a better day today. It got within 15 minutes this morning and then it didn’t happen. I give you the best info I have & put it together & you decide. We did get the confirmations from Washington on what was said at the UN. Why did they say it & why haven’t we seen it? Two countries which were tired of playing around with whoever and yesterday it was highly suggested and motivated to put it out there publicly to ensure everyone that it is going to happen.
7-19-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony People involved in the process were called back to their offices. They had meetings last night and got their assignments. They were told to fully expect it in a couple of hours. It was announced in the UN it will go live in the next 10 days. I don’t believe they can wait that long now that the announcement was made. In Iraq it was publicly announced and told it would come to them in the next 10 days…it might happen there Tuesday a.m. during their celebration.
7-19-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony It did go live on NASDAQ & was at $5.58 on NASDAQ on Wednesday at 5:45. The dong is at $.58. It will go a lot higher than that. Intel people said the people in Iraq were planning riots if this didn’t happen, at some point they need to do it. They just can’t keep saying we are doing it. There is supposedly info coming out this afternoon. I did just get a message that they are at the starting line. We won’t have the final piece till this evening.
