I believe he said that in all functionality the HCL has been passed…The economy is doing very well and he reiterated reports that THE RATE WILL SHOCK A LOT OF PEOPLE! The government is working and Ramadan is NOT a holiday as this time around all commerce will be open.

7-9-2013 Newshound Guru Shredd with this news over the past few days, I’m very excited! the news over the past few days shows us so much of what is to come. the articles are saying there is an expectation to remove the zeros and that project includes a rate of at or near a buck. Remember last spring? The government was the force behind holding up the zeros project now, THEY are saying GIT R DUN, when you have the Finance Committee saying now is the time saying “force” the project.

The timing of the kurds to resolve issues is huge. my expectation on timing of the movement on the dinar rate has changed due to all this news in the past two days…

7-9-2013 Newshound Guru Shredd …we see the expectation of the central bank to have a sovereign currency representing a new sovereign democracy, it’s all connected, article 140 moving FINALLY!! the smart cards are working everything is moving forward fast and the current dinar isn’t…the new dinar will come along with all this forward motion and the new country Iraq is becoming before our eyes…removing the zeros…increase the rate…open all doors for investment, implement tax benefits…move into Article VIII of the IMF and allow free trade and exchange…the news in the past few days is amazing folks.

7-8-2013 Intel Guru Tony What’s happening overall is great, what’s happening in Iraq is great & what’s happening at the banks is great. Barzani and Maliki met again and they have agreed on everything again & making it public that they have agreed. There was an issue with getting the 4 countries in, but that has been taken care of. The bank people were sent home but were called & told to be back @ 7:00 Monday morning.

7-8-2013 Intel Guru Tony In Iraq they said everyone would be paid by the 7th. My understanding was all the Q cards were not upgraded & they asked for an
extension. We are still waiting to see where they are in the that process. They have now published the budget & told the people it is open. Everything is going according to plan. I’ve been told it’s done. It’s processed and anything can happen from this day forward. We should see it in the near future. Ramadan is not going to be an issue.

ALL ARE SAYING NOW IS THE TIME FOR THE RV AND THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ ARE BEING TOLD THEY WILL HAVE THE MOST PROSPEROUS RAMADON EVER.

THEY HAVE ORDERED 30 BOEING PASSENGER JETS AND ALSO MILITARY AIRCRAFT AND PARLIAMENT KNOWS THEY CAN’T GET THEM BUILT UNLESS THEY REVALUE THEIR CURRENCY. SOURCES TODAY INFORMED ME THEY HAVE A MEETING GOING ON TODAY BETWEEN CHINA, USA, IMF, WORLD BANK REPRESENTATIVES, AND IRAQ CBI OFFICIALS. BGG ALSO REPORTED…THAT THE IMF HAVE BEEN STATIONED IN IRAQ FOR 7 WEEKS. THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR NO REASON THINGS WE NEED ARE IN PROCESS. EXPECT THE RV AT ANYTIME.

And that is there is nothing left to do regarding preparing for the changing in their currency value. Ray talked to his contacts also and they are confirming what I just mentioned about. They (the Iraqi citizens) are thinking that this will happen at any moment. No one is really sure as to why are they are dragging this out.

7-8-2013 Intel Guru SteveI The parliament is putting pressure in the CBI to move forward, and now with two very powerful articles about the immediate urgency to increase their value of their currency is simply huge…the holiday has nothing to do with anything. Many have confirmed this. I am extremely encouraged with the news today. You can almost just feel that it is right there.

More importantly, this statement only makes sense if they are raising the value of the dinar which is what we want…they become a donor by simply revaluing their currency.
