YES – NEWS THAT THE DINAR WILL CHANGE THE NOMINAL VALUE BY DELETING THE 3 ZERO’S – BUT TO THE ACTUAL COME OUT VALUE – THAT IS STILL ANYONES GUESS.

THE 3 MAJOR BANKS WHO MOVED BACK INTO IRAQ AND WHEN THEY MOVE TO ACCEPT THE IQD AGAIN FOR EXCHANGE – THEN WE ARE ON OUR WAY.

I WAS ASK NOT TO SHARE ALL OF IT BECAUSE THE CONTACT IS VERY AFRAID FOR HIS FAMILY RIGHT NOW HE HAS FLED TO KUWAIT BECAUSE OF THE UNREST IN BAGDAD AND OTHER MAJOR CITIES IN IRAQ. 7-29-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday cbi is saying yes it is time. we are watching the transition that is going to make iraq money and the whole globe as well. we are in waiting mode and they say we are watching it happen…supposed to have those cards in days, i hope so. [what is next step in your opinion?] the next step is the rate being put out in my opinion…smile.

[did they say August for that?] they, meaning Finance Committee, referring to the CBI plan, yes, but last we had heard from the CBI, they wanted to delay which was met by a lot of resistance… The three zeros project requires a 1-1 rate for the beginning of the removal…the removal of the zeros project is real and it will not be successful without a dinar at or better than the dollar…this all was the plan, but we just need to hear from Turki….what is his response to the push back on timing.

7-28-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat I was finally able to return calls back to Iraq and IMF. This is what I have been told…ignore any further news about the activation of the SMART cards as the hold up to the RV. The cards are all loaded and tests are now all complete. Also the Iraq banks have the new lower denoms and the replacement notes for the torn existing bills 50, 250, and 500. There is also a set of new coins waiting to be dispersed as businesses and individuals will need these for convenience. There are no political obstacles in Iraq that would hold up the RV. All necessary politicians and CBI agree to the implementation to go international.

7-28-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat The hold up is now thrown back to the IMF court for activation… it was not Iraq. It has been ready to go since last Friday. Last Monday they ran the algorithm for the second time for all the 198 currencies…there was only about 50+ currencies in basket one. Now most of the currencies are all in the same basket, basket one. Since this was such a big undertaking there were some technical issues once again. These issues caused them to miss the window of opportunity to complete the push to FOREX and to the international banks. They must now wait again. I asked- so what is the window criteria? I was flat out told that this is classified information and is part of the algorithm that is very sensitive and cannot be revealed to us.

7-28-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat It is not a day by day watch as some think. It is timely event. Our next opportunity will not come again till after Aug 1st Thursday which begins the next cycle. So we wait. I wish I had some better news but the IMF contact was not optimistic in us seeing this prior to maybe next Thursday Aug 1st. He also said its not like there is even a track anymore to follow so I can’t say “its right on track” anymore. There is nothing else to do but wait for the timing unless other issues crop up. The good news is that the rates that are being pushed down to the banks are very high and it almost knocked me over when I was told. I am also told that unless the VND comes out initially over $1 + …it is expected to very quickly increase post RV.

7-28-2013 Intel Guru Arthur The 1st of August will indeed be the most anticipated UN Operational Rates Of Exchange Effective date in history and based on many factors no one should be at all surprise if our blessing is released at or around that date especially since all significant RV’s of history have occurred on the 1st of a month. But in the event that it should happen to go past the 1st, lets not get discouraged but be still in anticipation of the significance of August 8th in Iraq.

7-28-2013 Intel Guru Arthur LET’S CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: 08-Aug Ceasefire Day (End of Iran-Iraq War) 08-Aug Eid al-Fitr (End of Ramadan)…Here converging on the 8th of August are arguably the most important and monumental holidays in Iraq this year. They have a national holiday on this day commemorating the official cease fire…with their neighbor Iran. This is a very important event in Iraq thus the reason it is a national holiday. August 8th also represents the beginning of the 3 day Eid al-Fitr. (End of Ramadan). Eid al-Fitr is an important islamic holiday…Many Muslims dress in their finest clothes and adorn their homes with lights and other decorations (sound familiar?), OLD WRONGS ARE FORGIVEN, and MONEY IS GIVEN TO THE POOR and gifts and greetings cards are exchanged.

7-28-2013 Intel Guru TD the UN did it’s job with release of chapter 7 and at this point has nothing to do with a sovereign country’s currency reform. This is an Iraqi event in consultation with the IMF. PERIOD. What is now happening is the final preparations in the countdown to blastoff. Relax and take a break until August 8th +. If it by surprise happens sooner -wonderful !! One last point…there is a spike in counterfeit dinar’s being peddled…try your best to verify authenticity…
