5-6-2013 Newshound Guru Mountainman The Kurdish delegation and Barzani are still maintaining after the cabinet meeting that a deal has been reached and a partnership has been struck. We’ve heard all this before but apparently a mechanism has been implemented that will ensure the agreement reached with the Federal Government and the outstanding issues that have crippled this country for so long will be concluded due to the numbers of points in the agreement they signed.

Either way, it’s the citizens of Iraq I’m happy for they have been suffering for far to long at their expense. Possibly the demonstrations or the leaders sense of greed has aided in this forward progress. If this continues it will support stability and show the world they are ready to play on an international stage. I realize this won’t happen over night but progress is progress and I believe a solid economic recovery will be a byproduct of political stability.

To calculate the rv, they take in consideration where the world market will be in that amount of time, so even 1 penny makes a difference in the final setting of any currency. One tenth of a cent can be the difference of billions. These people in Germany have been in constant contact and have had in depth meeting with Iraq and world banks, along with all the world attorneys.

Arab nations are not happy with a high rate, the EU and US want a higher rate, (duh). And there is big business that want a low rate to open factories for low payroll. Its all about the almighty dollar, this is not about what’s right, but what makes the most money. Can it happen tomorrow? Yup. But that’s just the thing, no one and I do mean NO ONE knows.

5-5-2013 Intel Guru Frank26 my staff has notified me that there is concern…about the rumors of tiers and some cashing out already. I will …tell you with a sincere heart that this is nonsense. The IMF would not allow something like this because it is illegal. For years I have heard of this so called first in line then second and so on…of cashing out because of their political or military and even their elite business status…it’s like a UFO…many believe in them but until someone puts one on my front door step it will simply have a life of being a rumor. Nothing more.
