4-30-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “The security situation is not conducive to delete zeros” The issue is not counterfeit, but theft of it after it’s been paid/collected by the banks…then redeposited and paid a second time again by the banks…hence the 32 trillion to 60 trillion (double payment). The key here though is that they are even having this discussion.. If it was a LOP, it would not be 32 trillion to 60 trillion, but 32 billion to 60 billion.
4-30-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 questions are the name of all todays [Monday] news. more than many other days there are so many article saying agreements have been made??? between najafi, barzani, Maliki etc. Guys be very cautious of the news till it pans out one way or the other. They have agreed many time before with zero action. All the news being stated that came from Maliki’s office is always questioned and is about 90% wrong or untrue. I think something is going on with banking for sure. This confirmed banks have been closed for 7 days in Bagdad. That to me has to mean something its just that no one seems to know why. I have people trying to get more detailed information but it will take 2 days for sure. Be vigilant to pay close attention in the next three days for some action on all the agreements announced today like hcl and others about banking. POPPY3
4-30-2013 Intel Guru Okie_Oil_Man GOOD TUESDAY AFTERNOON AMERICA, SHIPS AT SEA AND ALL OUR WORLD WIDE FRIENDS. WELL TO SAY LAST NIGHT WAS A FRENZY WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. 4-30-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar Article: “The security situation is not conducive to delete zeros” The talk of fraud may have been negligible in Sept, but today its a real issue. The article above implies that there is a good deal of the currency in circulation in Iraq that is fake. “If we are now to change the currency, which is now trading at 32 trillion dinars may be 60 trillion dinars”. In other words the CBI has no idea as to how much currency is floating in circulation if you count both good and bad currency. An article recently said there is enough counterfeit bills circulating that Iraqi’s are getting gun shy to take it in trade. The truth is this is a problem, with the proper controls can be solved only with the change of the currency…introduce the new non counterfeitable smalls.
4-30-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 I RECIEVED OTHER DETAILS TODAY FROM VN [VIETNAM] AND IT SEEM WHAT I SAID I WAS TOLD DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY IS BEING STATED IN OTHER CIRCLES ABOUT THEY ARE PLANNING TO MAKE A CURRENCY MOVE NEXT MONTH BUT IT ISNT CLEAR IF THAT MOVE WILL BE A RV OR JUST A ADJUSTMENT OF THEIR PRESENT RATE. 4-29-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG These are all unconfirmed reports…I will try and confirm via another source – but it will take me a couple of days. The Qi cards are NOT active, are in no way any indicator of a rate and there is NO date projected (that I did confirm). Dr Shabibi is NOT in Iraq as yet. It appears I will get word – if and when that happens. Lower denoms are available but NOT being used (they have no value yet – why would they be used)…This is a rumor I have no 1st hand info on – but it has been reported that banks are still closed. I have reached out about that one… It has been reported that US Troops are patroling in Baghdad. I have a feeler out for that one as well…
4-29-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG we have always predicated our assumptions on Maliki having to be out of the picture – because Shabibi and the world didn’t want him in control of such an asset. On the other hand – Dr Shabibi is no longer there…What if Maliki gets to the point he has stolen all he can – what’s to stop him from RVing the currency and making himself exponentially wealthier than he is via an RV??…makes perfect sense…in the end – I highly doubt this currency we hold / or have leveraged is going to ever be worthless – no matter what. It is the currency of a country…At this point, things appear to be at/or nearing a very serious “flash point”…something big is fixin’ to happen…

4-29-2013 Newshound Guru Administrator Bob Economic progress seems to be stalling out in Iraq. With continued violence and a lack of government effort to reconcile, we are seeing more delays in all areas. Parliament adjourned today until May 7th with many critical laws are still on the table. May 15 is also the beginning of a 30 day spring recess. One can assume that very little will be accomplished during that time.
4-29-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce [much news about wanting M (Maliki) to resign] M will not go…he has the US support. [everyone thinks he is the holdup] no Obama is. Obama asked for him to not pull the trigger for 60 to 90 days…so there will be nothing till end of may earliest. O is using for political football [do u think we may go into 2014] no, the US is out of money too he has until August to get money…so we will see it by then.
4-29-2013 Intel Guru Bear5642 I just heard from him [contact in Iraq]. He told me tomorrow at this time he will answer all of my questions… This guy is now being extremely cooperative and said he can answer all my questions tomorrow. So for now he is telling me straight up no RV in Iraq but has a lot to share but could not talk on the phone to many people with him at the time. He will answer the following: borders, Qi card rate, banks being closed. so, tomorrow at 3:00 central pm I will get an update if we are not at the bank.

4-29-2013 Newshound Guru Stryker The weekend was full of all kind of strange news, good, bad and indifferent. I still feel that the target date is July 1st but there must be stability and security in Iraq before the Currency Reform can take place and they are way away from that right now. The next 2 to 4 weeks are real important to this taking place so we will continue to watch, read, research…in hopes of helping everyone that we can to uncover the pieces of the remaining puzzle…
