THEY CANT BOOST AN ECONOMY WITH THIS TYPE OF LIQUIDITY AND A VALUE THAT IS WORTH LESS THAN THE MONOPOLY MONEY I GOT. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE JUST GOING TO SWAP IT OUT WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THEY CAN DO IT THERE INSIDE IRAQ BUT NOT INTERNATIONALLY. THE MAJORITY OF THE DINAR IS INSIDE IRAQ AND THERE IS NO WAY THEY CAN COVER IT.

4-14-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Most of what people say about the budget is wrong, BS or just nonsense to make you think they need to raise the value before the budget is released. These budgets in Iraq are based on USD, not dinar (though they convert it for their citizens). The bottom line is only about 30% of the budget has anything to do with an exchange rate (Investment) in iraq. The rest is Operational (payroll, utilities, etc.) and exchange rate means nothing. Until the dinar is worth more than the dollar, it won’t be calculated in the Investment portion. I do not expect a RV either as the CBI themselves have stated..”floating orbit of exchange” which is a gradual rise via a float.

Since that time, numerous articles, reports and such have stated…”floating orbit of exchange.” This is not what I think, want or say for a fact will happen. I simply am providing what “they” are saying. And IMO, that cannot be discounted. Now, I doubted that information..was skeptical at first and I personally needed some other information that either confirmed or contradicted it. But I cannot find it.

So personally, I believe a float is what is coming…gradual rise of the dinar via “floating orbit of exchange.” All I do is present “what the information” says. Personally, I would love 3+ lol. But be assured, as much as I would love an overnight RV at 1 to $1 or greater just like all of you..I just cannot find any recent facts to support it.

4-13-2013 Intel Guru Dinar Wishes I was told that things are still moving and I’m still Looking for it… It’s taking longer than they anticipated for Certain areas to be completed but we are almost there… I can Honestly say I’m still Excited, even if it takes till Monday as Long as we have been waiting I’ll use that time to be sure I have my plan in order.

4-13-2013 Newshound Guru Duckyboy Iraq is NOT our puppet. We do not control this RV. It’s a rumor just like all the rumors you have been reading about during the past …week months and/or years. The CBI is in control of their currency, with influencing factors from the IMF and yes, the US, but the US is NOT in control of any RV. I am 100% correct about this statement. There is no proof out there indicating anything to the contrary, just rumors. At least I can and have proven with documents stating that the CBI is in control.
