9-7-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat The good news is yesterday with pressure from the United States and NATO, Iraq had persuaded the political blocs to postpone the search to settle all the disputed…17 demands…until after the formation of the government, which awaits the international community. These now continue to play a major role in the hold-up in getting this government fully formed…with the time deadline fast approaching this simply can not be fully resolved in time. All the news we have been hearing as of lately about the blocs not sending appropriate candidates to Abadi for consideration is just leverage…political posturing…using this as leverage to prevent the formation of the government from going any further until they get what they want. Plain and simple!

9-7-2014 Intel Guru Mnt Goat NATO especially needs the new Iraqi government in order to lay the foundations of their support in the fight of the organization of the Islamic State “Daash” and they need it like yesterday. …to help solve this deadlock and get some form of government in place by Tuesday, the political blocs are to postpone the search to settle all the disputed demands until after the formation of the government, which awaits the international community. There are times set to address these issues as priorities in parliament shortly after the announce of the new government. When will they announce the new government? They will vote on the minister line-up on Monday and then make the announcement.

In addition three of the candidate deputies for each of the President and the Cabinet have also been announced. So what are the reasons for the delay? The sources indicated that the finance ministry is still contested by Rose Nuri Shaways and Barham Salih and this is the current hold-up. I am told now there are still other remaining ministers still in dispute and this should be resolved today or tomorrow. I am told even if they do resolve this these ministers, speaker Al-Jubouri will hold off until Monday to take the vote of confidence on this new government.

If by tomorrow we have no announcement, it will mean that there are potential problems. There is enough votes between the Shia and the Sunni to seat this government and Abadi has bent over backwards to appease everyone. So it should get done. Rv will follow with 48 hours if they do.
