9-5-2025 Intel Guru Frank26 The budget tables will expose the new exchange rate and that is what everything IMO is waiting for because everything that needs it is inside of that budget…I believe the COM (Council of Ministers) and Alaq are done with the new exchange rate. I believe it is poised and ready to come out. Even parliament is saying they will not cause any delays. That says a lot to me. That says we are very close because they’ve always been the problem.

What was the reason? Why they saying this, I don’t know. It seems very suspicious to me. They never did that before either. They never put an article like this before where they will talk about the dinar like that…They don’t say ‘why’ so much…It’s a good thing. Something is happening. The very reason OPEC exists is to reinforce the policy of buying and selling oil in USD, which, is the “WORLD RESERVE CURRENCY”…One cannot sell oil without using USD, or the country goes rogue and starts using a crypto currency…There would be sanctions for pulling out of OPEC. Sanctions for de-pegging and using a nation neutral currency, and sanctions if they join the BRICS+…Iraq has agreed to remain in OPEC, FACT!…Iraq…will do as the USA demands…There will not be a float…I agree it is a conundrum and this is also the reason the IQD will not revalue for another year to eighteen months.

There are firms from Turkey, Britain, the UAE, and Oman. The investment climate has become ripe for public-private partnerships. That means cross border collaborations. This too is support for Iraq’s [global] integration! …They’ll need the support from the central bank by having plenty of foreign currencies…to help facilitate trade on a global scale. Investment in the Mosul airport supports this effort as well!

This is all part of the White Paper reforms so they can change values. They are talking about their goals openly.

9-4-2025 Intel Guru Bruce [via WiserNow] …last Friday, redemption center leaders and their staff all consolidated and went to single redemption centers for a three hour conference call… it was between the Treasury and Wells Fargo to all the redemption center staff in this country… they all were, I think, brought up to speed…we were able to talk to one of our top top guys… and according to this individual, who’s very high up in the lead bank…he said… we have a shot at Thursday [9-4-25] and the weekend…Now, we absolutely cannot guarantee that’s going to happen. As you guys know, there’s a moving target… But I really think that what is happening is everything seems to be coming together finally, to make all this happen.
