9-5-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat Today is Friday and it is a Moslem holy day…Do not expect much politics to be accomplished today. Abadi managed to formulate what is called a “unity” document. I have learned this document contains guarantees for the 17 demands from the blocks and is essentially a road map for the next four years and what they need to accomplish. All have signed it and agreed. So we know that the names were submitted to parliament from Abadi. Parliament is supposed to hold an emergency session on Saturday to confirm the ministers, deputies, vice president and the new prime minister. This is all about to end.

That’s right, the ones interfering most are Maliki and his supporters. See, if he can interfere enough and cause the 30 day constitutional timeline to expire then they can insist that the new President declare al-Abadi’s new government a failure and tryb to make him announce another designate Prime Minister. This is in no way what I believe is going to happen, matter of fact I believe that Abadi’s new government is very close and we could see a special session called at any time…

9-4-2014 Newshound Guru Breitling You and I are sitting on dinar for 1 tenth of a penny…if you walk into a bank they will exchange it for 1/10 of a penny…Iraq doesn’t need to come up with anything. This isn’t a “cash in”…it’s an exchange of an equivalent rate. The term “cash in” is NOT correct terminology. Iraq doesn’t have to buy back anything…it’s a barter exchange. For example–you hold what is essentially a foreign currency reserve…an investment. When you bring it to the bank it goes into their foreign currency reserves and/or it could be exchanged with the UST and sit in their foreign currency reserves. There is NO rule that says Iraq has to exchange for dollars…but do you think they are going to throw away that opportunity to get that dinar back? No. They’ll probably exchange it for oil, for gold, for services or whatever and that’s how it works. One more scenario…

They are not going to give you cash! What they are going to do is take your currency and they are going to certify it and then they are going to send it to the Treasury Dept. Then they are going to make sure it’s all Kosher and not counterfeit and then they will release the amount into your bank account…it will be electronic at first and then whatever the bank agreement is how it will release it to you.

THE ANNOUNCEMENT IS DELAYED BUT ON TARGET FOR COMPLETION NLT SATURDAY! (and so we are now told) Now we see Abadi sent the names of his minister team to parliament for a vote to confirm them. The stage is now set for something significant to happen. We know parliament has been having meetings and sessions in the background all along…We know they may be having an emergency session of parliament today to confirm the cabinet. We know that there are other meetings scheduled for today. The Bretton Woods meeting on speeding up the global currency reforms and the decision vote in NATO to support Iraq in its fight against ISIS.

9-4-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat …some are saying that when this government is finally announced there will be a “basket of laws” all at once that also will be announced…Also the RV must be done just prior to or just after since many of these laws are dependent on the revalued currency. One of the first steps taken by Abadi…was to form committees. They had sessions and would meet regularly to discuss their demands…These meetings are now concluded. This list has been handed to speaker of the house Jubouri. By the way the revaluation of the currency is also one of their demands. The RV will not occur until all these demands are met. As I keep telling everyone there is a plan for rollout of the RV. These demands are not new to the plan…Then when can we expect the RV? All I will say is what I have been saying all along we wait for a formal (global) announcement to the public that the Iraq government is now fully formed and seated.

No Government In The World That Must Settle Accounts In Its Own Currency Is Able To Do So If It Does Not Have A International Currency, Regardless Of The Exchange Rate.
