THE KURDS ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE BALANCING OF FUNDS AND PREPARATION…THE BUDGET IS READY AND WILL BE BEFORE PARLIAMENT SO THEY CAN MOVE FORWARD. [when the kurds are all in agreement with the gov then HCL is done? This and erbil I see as holdups.] IT HAS TO BE ACTIVATED — WITH EVERYTHING ALL AT THE SAME TIME — THERE IS NO HOLD UP AT ALL WITH THE HCL.

9-29-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday CBI HAS ALSO ANNOUNCED THAT THEY WILL FUND THE ECONOMIC REFORM WITH THE INVESTMENT FUNDS IF THE GOV DOES NOT AGREE ON THE BUDGET BEFORE THE ECONOMIC REFORM IS LAUNCHED. THEY ANNOUNCED THAT THEY WOULD OPEN THE BUDGET BY OCT 1ST IN THE PRESS TO THEIR CITIZENS. [I’ve read that salaries have to be paid prior to EID – any truth in that?] THE GOVERNMENT STATED THAT THEY WOULD PAY THEM BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS BUT NO THEY DONT HAVE TO — THE CITIZENS ARENT GOING TO LIKE IT IF THEY DONT. [how can the cbi be so bold to open up the reforms when the gov demanded them not to?] THEY ARE INDEPENDENT AND ACTUALLY THE GOV IS ASKING THEM TO OPEN ALL ECONOMIC REFORMS NOW. THEY HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO APPLY THE EXCHANGE RATE.

9-28-2014 Intel Guru TD Comments to share with my Kurdish friend (As always treat all with rumor). He points out a very interesting development worth noting and that is the NEW 10K note is NOT available outside the controlled areas within Iraq. I’ve checked with several suppliers and this is the case and NO ONE indicated they will have them. VERY INTERESTING since the exchanging of these new notes has been going on (in house) for some time now. He further indicates that shortly here in October the CBI will release a confirming article of the newly enhanced security notes of 5K, 25K and 50K all due for release in the next 90 days although a precise date is unclear at this moment. It will be MOST TELLING if these new notes also will not be available for purchase outside the controlled areas within the country as well.
