Lack of security, instability and corruption remain constant companions for Iraq. But, who knows?
9-27-2019 Newshound Guru Kaperoni …everyone should pay attention on Oct 24th. Parliament is set to vote on Special Grades. This is critical because the Governor of the CBI is at risk. If Parliament chooses to replace Allaq it could be a major setback. Some think otherwise..time will tell.

And I believe they will and are creating the conditions for a market economy to create pressure on the financial system allowing the currency to appreciate be a float. We certainly have seen a lot of effort the last several months by the Iraqi government to line up investment to create a private sector as well as rebuild the infrastructure. Iraq has clearly stated they need $80 billion dollars to accomplish this.
