9-26-2015 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat I need to emphasize that we are about to enter one of the most pivotal times in the weeks ahead since I have been in this investment. Remember early October is coming upon us very quickly. There is a target in place and I believe they are pushing forward to attempt to meet it. The big question is will Iraq be ready? The reason we have not seen the RV yet, even though there has been many windows of opportunity planned…is because THEY HAVE NOT YET COMPLETED THE AGREED TO REFORMS! The PTB will continue to hold it back until Iraq meets its obligations even though they plan these RV windows ahead of time. I expect an explosion of news come next week since Eid ends on Sunday 9/27.

9-25-2015 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 Question is…Why did Iraq Parliment pull from the scheduled vote on the investment law on the eve of the vote back in Nov 2014 at the request of Abadi? Question is…Why was the vote scheduled once again on May 25th and instead went into a closed meeting for 12 hrs working on nothing but the investment law…and was said that upon Jabouri’s return from meeting in Germany, Europe required some additional changes to the investment law. Question is…The amendments to the law have been completed for quite sometime since May 25th and there is no opposition to it… Question is why has it not been voted on? They have not opened the window for loans, foreign contracts etc..etc… BUT they did close out old contracts by paying out 9 billion dollars AND the new contracts are on hold…WHY? They have announced the offering/sale of international bonds on/after Oct 1st. Why not sell the bonds before Oct 1st? INVESTMENT LAW IS THE INTERNATIONAL KEY.

Abadi is scheduled to be in town. YEA it’s a UN Meeting on counter terrorism… BITE ME! They will meet and media will cover it…But it isn’t why all the majors are here including the Pope. (If) They all come to agree and then comes the rebuilding of world infastructure with several trillions to invest… All this is being completed before Oct 6th… USA fiscal year funds get released on the 6th… Iraq has held off on the investment law for a reason of timing in accordance to this meeting.
