9-18-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [when the GOI printed their post Saddam dinar (the currency that we all here are holding) was it THEIR game plan to RV or was that the thought that we investors had dreamed up? I remember when George W. made the announcement that the U.S. was going to invade, he did say that this invasion would not cost the U.S. taxpayer anything. So, I thought that (when I first invested in the IQD) that it was the U.S.’s intent to have a lot of these new Dinar to cover the price of the invasion. If so, WHAT WENT WRONG? And is that where we are now?] I don’t necessarily think anything went “wrong”, it’s just taken a while to get everything in place. We’ve seen the IQD more than double in value since 2003, we’ve seen Iraqis form a government, we’ve seen the Iraqi people voting (remember the first time we saw the purple ink on the fingers of voters?), we’ve seen a LOT of progress… and we continue to see that. There was no way the IQD could have gone up dramatically and been stable any time before 2010… but the progress they’ve made is undeniable, and if it’s going to happen – we are close.

9-18-2014 RUMOR Guru Parliament has been meeting, and all the ministers are seated and done. Cards are loaded, and the rates have changed a little bit. We understand the numbers may have been adjusted downwards just a little bit in line with earlier budgets. Those are the numbers with which they are loading some of the cards. Everyone is ready across the world, so I think it looks phenomenally good right now. Iraq is ready, waiting on CBI to do its stuff, waiting on them to have their procedures all right and tight, and from there it will be 2-15 minutes to go around the world. We are highly optimistic that this is coming to an end.

9-18-2014 RUMOR Guru Economic reform is being explained on the television again…and they are talking about the deal made with the UN, that Iraq is ready to “stand alone”. That is scrolling on their television screens right now, after the Paris meeting. We do know with the UN proposal and the coalition fighting ISIL that some bills are due tomorrow [Thursday] or the next day, and they are supposed to be paid in non-US currency. All that is good news that this is coming to a conclusion. There is a plan in place right now and it has been activated. So we are in a good position. This whole thing should be coming to a conclusion really quickly…All the hard work, arguing and fuss has been done. This is happening any time… I don’t think they will wait until the 1st.

NOTE — THEY ARE MOVING FORWARD WITH THE MINISTERS AND ARE ALSO MOVING FORWARD WITH ALL REFORMS AND ARE PREPARED. SO WE HAVE THE PM AND THE PRESIDENT MEETING TO STATE THAT THEY ARE NOW READY FOR THE REFORMS AND TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE NEW IRAQ. WE HAVE THE BUDGET TO BE DONE AT THE END OF THE WEEK AND VOTED THROUGH — THEREFORE THE GOAL OF OPENING THE BUDGET BY OCTOBER 1ST IS REACHABLE. THE BUDGET WILL BE PRINTED IN THE GAZETTE AS LAW — IT WILL BE LAW WHEN IT IS VOTED IN.

9-17-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce I am dropping a note to let everyone to know the state we are in…I want to thank Casper & another friend (he does not want his name out there) that wrote the last letter I sent out. I know it looked different but it was from me I was traveling in Kansas City and could not send it out. We sent it out for a two purpose goal… First to let people know that the Pres was interfering with something that he did not need to be messing with.. and the other to let people know how fragile footing we were on…After saying that the Winds have changed in our favor and now we are in a window until Tuesday next week to see this thing come out. The last thing that we are looking for is the Defense minister to show… The Defense should have shown last Tuesday but internal bickering within the Shia group so it was resolved a few hrs after the postponement of the Parliament. So if we get the Minister of Defense then this investment becomes very very very imminent “that is a pretty big word for me” Lol.

9-17-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce We believe that Iraq has stood up and said they need to go ahead with economic progress…Code word RV. This event is not a requirement but just a recommendation from the USA to slow things down…knowing it is a position of great importance in the GOI… if the Minister does not show then it will be a 50/50 chance that it happens by sunday. If it does happen I personally look for this to go down by Sunday…I am hoping above hope this is the last time I have to write a note to let people know where we are at…Do not fall for Exchange rates of anything above 4 dollars…you will be dealing with a possible not so upright person. Do not let your money out of your hands unless you are receiving the exchange rate back at the same time…BE SMART, it is just an exchange, you will be able to go to any bank once the rate shows…We are close..Breathe…Check www.cbi.iq every day to see if it has changed…

9-17-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar I concur with everything [Guru] Randy [Koonce] has said. I am hearing the exact same information. Our admin caused this delay by putting the stipulation in that the Security Minister must be assigned to activate the currency change and they got the IMF to go along even though their first response was against it. In order to fight ISIS there should be a head of the military so it is a defensible move to coerce the Iraqi’s to move on this ministerial position now. The CBI has made some important moves today that bode well for a currency change. They are able, ready and willing if the Minister is seated but best of all, they have the desire and the permission to move if he is. This thing is close.

LOOKS LIKE ALL THE BANKING LAWS WILL BE VOTED ON THURSDAY AND THEY AT THIS POINT ARE OUR MAIN FOCUS BECAUSE THEY EFFECT THE ACTIONS ON THE RATE CHANGE PROCESS AND IRAQ BECOMING FULL MEMBERS OF WTO SO THEY CAN TRADE INTERNATIONALLY. ALL THE MINISTER TALK CAN MISLEAD YOU. THE MINISTERS WILL BE DONE AND IT MATTERS NOT WHO THEY CHOOSE AS FAR AS A RATE ON THE DINAR WE NEED BANKING AND FINANCE LAWS PASSED AND IMPLEMENTED. 9-17-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana I’ve been saying for a long time that we need to see the HCL completed or see some serious action on it before we could get too excited about Iraq raising the value of their currency… Holy Moly there’s a lot of activity on the HCL right now! In a nutshell: the HCL is HOT right now. Barzani (Kurdistan’s top dog) is heading to Baghdad within a week to discuss the HCL. Now, with all the noise about how the KRG is illegally exporting oil, lawsuits here and shouting there… if this wasn’t going to go through, and if Baghdad REALLY had any way to continue to keep this thing from going through, I highly doubt Barzani would be going to Baghdad.

9-17-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana I don’t pull out the crystal ball too often… but I’m doing it today: One of two things will happen in the next week or so: 1. Barzani will be arrested in Baghdad on some trumped up charges, and we will have a while to wait on the HCL…OR… 2. Barzani and Abadi will have a successful meeting and we are going to get our HCL in VERY short order. What I’ve seen from Prime Minister Abadi so far and the way the HCL news has been coming out recently REALLY leads me to believe option #2 is the winner.

THE CONSTITUTION STATES THAT IRAQ LEADERS WILL BRING THE ECONOMY TO ITS MODERN FORM FOR THE CITIZENS AND THEIR FUTURE (IN SO MANY WORDS). THEY HAVE REVIEWED THE LAWS AND NOW HAVE THEM READY FOR A ONE BASKET VOTE. THE PURPOSE WAS TO ENSURE THE GREATEST SPEED POSSIBLE TO GET THE REFORM DONE ECONOMICALLY SO THAT THE NEW IRAQ CAN EMERGE. THIS IS GREAT. THEY ARE PREPARED.
