9-13-2014 Newshound Guru Breitling There’s an article that everyone has been sending about Dr. Shabibi and how he was acquitted of the accusations by Maliki and his team…Here’s the conversation that I’ve been avoiding for 2 years…It’s not going to make the dinar revalue any quicker but we must leave no stone unturned to find information about the dinar. We know what the agenda was from the Minister of Finance…we know the rate that they were looking at, it’s reported everywhere….Iraq went to the IMF…we want to get it to a buck then we want to get it to 3 bucks can you help us do that? The IMF said sure we can support you if you do things correctly… That was Shabibi’s job…the note count, the CBI and to make sure that he was going to manage the agenda of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Planning and make sure the currency fit that. Unfortunately, the reality he was in was not the reality Maliki was in…
9-13-2014 Newshound Guru Breitling …Maliki wanted to RV the currency, but Shabibi wouldn’t do it. I believe the IQD is going to go up little by little, but it won’t take long. If Shabibi did what Maliki wanted it would have put the breaks on the potential rebuild. It would have made things too expensive for the country and it would have been bad for the people. Like Shabibi and Maliki said they have 200 years of oil but at the same time you have to rebuild the infrastructure and at some point add value to the currency. Maliki replaced Shabibi with Turki but he wouldn’t revalue the currency when he saw what Shabibi saw. Shabibi protected the dinar from going up too quick…that’s what happened.
9-13-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat Abadi’s new government is…working hard to investigate the CBI scandal and get Dr. Shabibi (and his staff) back at the helm of the CBI. Dr. Shabibi will complete the currency reform project. I have gotten this news from many very good sources and I totally believe these sources. This current situation (recent changes in the governor) with the CBI is going to change and has to in order to see the completion of the currency reform project. Let’s see what happens.

Abadi’s new government is wasting no time getting everything together, from economic reform implementations to political agreements to all committees working around the clock. Every week has had new achievements for the country of Iraq and next week is sure to bring even more…MORE IN A WEEK THEN MALIKI’S GOI DID IN FOUR YEARS.

9-12-2014 RUMOR Guru The CBI sent out memos to say that they are ready and are not waiting on any political action in Iraq or the world. They sent out another memo saying that they are doing this at any moment. They told everyone to get ready for it today… The Middle East is already exchanging and there are a lot of happy people as some banks have jumped the gun and let people exchange. There are two different news reports saying the RV is tonight… We’re getting that from two different, credible sources. Iraq is still saying they can do it at any time they please, but in order to encourage smooth, lawful behavior, they are giving the world a little more prep time. In Iraq the Parliament is working on a few minor laws, and pushing through the budget. It’s not essential to have that for the RV to happen, but it’s important for Iraq.
9-12-2014 RUMOR Guru Bloomberg is announcing that certain countries have just gone through an economic change. New York is happy on how this is coming together with the NATO coalition. UN is happy because the Chapter 7 that happened 14 months ago is now being completed with the RV. The UST is prepped and ready to go – they’ve been running tests. Banks, security, call centers and exchange centers are all ready, not just the Big Four but also tier 2 banks. They are being told they will be very busy on Monday. Everything is ready to go. Iraq has got the ball and can do this whenever they choose. Everyone is ready on 2-15 minutes’ notice. They are ready to celebrate in Iraq. We have been this close before but not with this government. People are already exchanging in the Middle East, and we are waiting in the US for the message.
Fact check, NO one is exchanging in the middle east, the rate has not changed, it will be a global announcement, not just in a few countries.
9-12-2014 RUMOR Guru Yesterday, the time was supposed to be 10 am here, today. The time has been changed for the US. We really believe we are very, very close, but let’s be cautiously excited. [Are you saying for sure that Monday is our day?] I’m not saying anything for sure! You guys know how this works. I’m saying on Iraqi television they have been telling them where and how to exchange, and that there are announcements are expected in the mosques. All we have said is that there are celebrations scheduled for tomorrow and announcements in the mosques. Egypt is exchanging, as we are hearing from family members in country. Everything looks positive around the world, people are getting paid. I think it’s going to be a superfantastic weekend that we have wished for. All our contacts are excited in Iraq and other countries.
9-12-2014 Newshound Guru tman23 Saudi Arabia just announced they will reopen their Embassy is Iraq…As we all witness the Arab Summit 2 years ago held in Iraq…many of the countries called maliki an Iranian puppet and refused to send their top diplomats… So the Saudis reopening their Embassy is a HUGE positive sign..
9-12-2014 Newshound Guru BGG Abadi appears to really be doing right by Iraq…he passed on the Paris Conference to get these two critical Ministers seated – he’s asking for them not to use the term “Prime Minister” any more – or “Commander in Chief”… just call him “chief Minister”… very interesting…

9-12-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Finance parliamentary calls for the government not to merge Almoisntin for [2014.2015]” Still more talk about NOT merging the 2014 budget with that of 2015…probably a wise idea…even as the last few months of 2014 grind down…the interim committee on Finance continues to study and work with things…when will they present anything worthwhile to Parliament…maybe on the 16th.
