I firmly believe this is about the rate they are targeting from 1320 to around 1166 next as their next “official” CBI rate. I was told this by my CBI contact that we would see yet one more official rate change prior to the project to delete the zeros and then the reinstatement…

8-9-2023 Newshound Guru Militia Man The World Trade Organization is waiting patiently for Iraq’s ability to get certain things stabilized and agreed to. They have some obstacles to get over the World Organization wants them to do. That obstacle is most likely their exchange rate – being Article VIII IMF compliant. That’s going to be a very key component for this to happen.

The instructions is part of the exchange rate and the exchange rate is always a component of the budget. Is it is in the Gazette with the new exchange rate? No. …The budget law is now in the Gazette because the budget law is the budget. It is in the Gazette which puts the exchange rate to be seen. It will reveal the exchange rate now. Will it be different from the 1320? We wait to see.

And that’s what we’re seeing…I think they’re going to be doing it quite quickly now. And I think we’re going to start watching some circumstances unfold in the very short period of time, whether that’s this week or not is to be determined but they’re openly showing that they are doing things that suggest they’re doing things today, tomorrow, the next day, next week, they’re moving forward. Your budget is open. The problem is there are issues…amendments…appeals being put on the budget right now. Once those are removed you will have more of your presents open on this Christmas Day.

8-8-2023 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] I have been told over and over again the NDA will be about the rate. We can tell them we exchanged dinar…we are just not allowed to tell the specific rate we were paid. That is what I was told. This makes sense.
