We are now in the second of the two by two by two. Two represents two weeks. Mosul is the second of the two by two by two. So we only have one more two by left. The moment that they give Mosul the monetary reform will go at the speed of light. We will see Mosul by the middle of this month…[IMO]. The major step is the WTO. (World Trade Organization). The WTO is waiting on the (remove?) zeros. Waiting on liberated MOSUL. Be patient. They are just waiting on Iraq. Waiting on Iraq to lift the value of the Dinar…The banking systems in Iraq are…up to date…BUT…It doesn’t do them any good at a program rate. The currency value has to be lifted before anything happens. Many agencies signed off on Iraq a long time ago. The WTO is going to do the same. Everyone, CBI etc is saying go. RAISE THE VALUE OF OUR CURRENCY! LOOK FOR MOSUL!

They MAY begin a significant move upward, as early as Aug. 26-28th. We feel though, that some further movements will occur in September, but even greater movement through last week of Oct. 24th, and the highest peak rates, by the last week of November. Vietnam has a completely different agenda, plan and time schedule than Iraq – and it’s tied to the movement of the Chinese Yuan. No matter how you slice it, or when you exchange, Everyone Wins! 8-8-2016 Newshound Guru mike Article: “The terms of a loan of the International Monetary Fund for Iraq .. prejudice to national sovereignty” When you get down to it…Iraq is a sovereign country, they should make their own decisions without coercion. The problem is, they have no political will to make changes on their own, they have to be led by their nose to get anything done. It’s embarrassing that the IMF and WB have to step in and right the ship, but at this point, Iraq must be used to others coming in and fixing their problems.
