8-20-2014 Newshound Guru tlm724 Prime Minister-designate Haider Abadi, will present his cabinet to the parliament next Monday…on the twenty-fifth of August … pretty impressive and quick for Iraq.

8-20-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat …all the news still looks very encouraging that next week’s window of 8/25 – 8/31 is shaping up to be an excellent window to hear of the announcement of the completed government of Iraq. I will add that no one really knows a date of the RV we can only speculate from the information we receive. But I have been informed it will coincide closely to the announcement of the new government. We are once again in a very sweet spot to see the RV see something significant happen early next week.

8-20-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 …Abadi appears to be keeping his integrity about himself as he goes about making selections for his team of ministers…though it sounds like he has been tempted by some, even threatened by others, he’s holding his own. Abadi wants to be done with his selection process by Monday and be ready to present to Parliament. Maliki still is not gone, and he still seeks what has been his for the last 8 years. Abadi doesn’t appear to be afraid of standing up to the State of Law. Today [Tuesday], not much out of the CBI…so they must be working on something IMO.

8-19-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Breitling What would be an indicator that we’d know that they were going to revalue? I’ve been talking about it for 3 and a half years. It’s the note count. It always has been the note count…we were hoping chapter 7 would reduce the note count. ch 7, what would it trigger? It would trigger them reducing the note count. That’s what we were hoping for. Article yesterday says…They’re reducing the note count therefore it’s going to help add value to the currency…!

8-19-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Breitling …Since 2010 they reduced the note count from 9 Billion notes to 6 billion notes…from 6 billion notes to 4 billion notes and then the article that came out yesterday…they are going to go from 4 billion notes to 1 billion notes. Did they take the notes and LOP the zeros off and leave the rate on it? NO! They actually physically got rid of the notes…and the notes that are left are going to gain value. As the dinar goes up they will bring in new notes but that is different…the existing notes will co-exist for 3 years. this is the best article we’ve gotten in the past 3 years!

How can the CBI move forward with the currency reform without the laws in place to protect their great wealth? As infrastructure grows it enhances Iraq’s ability to get the wealth out of the ground, whether it be oil, gold or minerals. The electronic system is now [in] place which was also necessary to move forward and with the help of the Lebanese Banks Iraq is moving forward with international banking standards. It makes sense that the final hurdle is the laws…we all want the RV, BUT I know there are steps that MUST be done to bring about that goal…get the different ministers all set and ready for the passage of the laws then rock and roll baby!

It is good to see they were doing what they were suppose to do in preparation for the day Maliki was gone. Let’s hope that change is coming soon. BTW, this article is referring to “project chunked” which is the electronic payment system that is now activated. Which includes electronic payment, ACH (Automated Clearing House), credit cards, and phone banking.

8-19-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur Great to see how many have now come to see how this event is and always has been about the country of Iraq and their political and economic stability per the CBI/AOP…They are now in the process of undoing all the corruption of the former regime. How long that will take can only be guessed but mine would be not extremely long from what I am hearing from sources that are involved in that process among other things. And then there is the factional haggling that is being done regarding all the amendments and adjustments to the current budget which has to have the HCL already in it.

8-19-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur We also know that the current government has agreed in principle to the disputed territories pertaining to Article 140 as it is currently constituted. We can also factually determine that through this entire process since the elections they have stayed within their constitutional time constraints per the PTB give or take 24 to 48 hours over in naming the current PM Designate. So if they keep with this efficiency, and based on what I am hearing from sources directly involved in the process there is no reason to believe they will not, although they have said they are attempting to accelerate the process as they have been strongly urged by the PTB, they constitutionally have up until Sept 10th/11th to seat all the ministers completing this new government.

Jubouri is right there with them, he is showing his intentions to make this work 2. …this law is of utmost importance, once they work out the details he will present it for a vote. I just think it is great to see Jubouri front and center in this.
