7-5-2015 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 The #1 LAW on the Kurd list was the Federal Court Law. Nothing else matters unless this law is passed. What good are ‘Laws’ if there is not Judicial enforcement…And Maliki is the one who has orchestrated walk outs during the readings.
