7-31-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday “…the Parliament sent a modified version of the budget bill to the federal government for approval and then approval in the House of Representatives…the government will send this copy to Parliament early next week to be approved.” SO WHAT WE HAVE IS AMENDED BUDGET TO THE TABLE OF THE GOV AND THEN TO PARLIAMENT TO AGREE ON THE CHANGES THAT HAVE OCCURRED. SO THE BEGINNING OF THE WEEK IT SHOULD BE BEFORE PARLIAMENT. THIS IS A HUGE WHOPPER AND FAST FAST FAST AND THE WAY THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING — IT SHOULD COME RIGHT OUT A LAUNDRY SHOOT.

7-31-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday REMEMBER THAT THE RESERVES IN IRAQ ARE NOT BEING TOUCHED AND ARE PART OF WHAT BACKS THEIR DINAR — THE MONEY FOR THE BUDGET COMES FROM CONTRACTS AND TRADE THAT THEY ARE TAKING PART IN. AS SOON AS THEY ARE INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AND CBI HAS A BUDGET THAT THEY CAN USE TO TRANSFER MONEY TO WHERE IT GOES.

LAST ELECTION WAS HARD CUZ ALAWI WAS VERY CLOSE IN VOTES TO MALIKI THAT’S WHY IT WAS A PROBLEM AT THAT TIME, BUT THIS ELECTION STATE LAW HAS 103 SEATS AND THAT’S MAKE THEM THE LARGEST GROUP, THE NEXT WINNER HAS ONLY 30 SEATS. THE IRAQI COURT ANNOUNCED THAT STATE LAW IS THE LARGEST GROUP. SO THEIR LEADER WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO FORM THE GOV . [Well lets say that Maliki is the PM. It isnt much of a unity govt if StateLaw has both the PM and the 1st Deputy of Parliament. They have gained power- not given it up.] BINGO…… BIG POWER FOR STATE LAW. LAWS WILL GET PASS VERY FAST.

7-31-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat Today the MP for the Liberal bloc, Riad al-Saadi indicated that the National Alliance has five candidates for the post of prime minister while noting that the outgoing Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki, withdrew his candidacy for the post because of political pressure. So after talking to many of my sources I have come to the conclusion that in fact he would still like to have a 3rd term, if possible, but under political pressure he did finally withdrew his candidacy early today [Wednesday]. I still believe that they will take the final vote prior to Aug 5th and they will seat and announce their new prime minister to the world. It could literally happen any day…

7-31-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat Today [Wednesday] Iraq parliament sent a modified version of the 2014 budget bill from the committee to the federal government for approval. Next it was sent to the House of Representatives for approval. So today the really good news is the budget approval has happened in parliament after the members agreeing on all points. Folks we had a passing of the budget for the year 2014. Finally! Do you remember that I…told you that the RV is not dependent on the budget being passed but the budget needs the RV prior to opening it and spending it. I said that when we see the budget passed, the RV will come very soon afterwards, if not just before. We are soooo close to an RV!

Fact check, Maliki has NOT withdrawn his nomination for Prime Minister. There is alot of talk about about it, but he has refused to step down. The coming days will reveal the details and outcome.

So can’t the CBI rv without parliament or a pm?] Absolutely. [With Ramadon almost over, do you believe we will start to see a lot of activity leading to an R/V?] August is going to be an exciting month.

7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Administrator Bob As broadcast on al-Iraqiya TV today, PM al-Maliki has decided not to seek a third term. This also was published on the television network scrolling banner across the bottom of the TV screen.

7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday “The head of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari, the leader of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri, said Mr. Nuri al-Maliki will not become prime minister in the next government.” SO AS WE SEE THEY ARE NOT HAVING MALIKI AS THE NEXT PM AND THAT MEANS THEY ARE CLOSE OR TO THE NAME OF WHOM IT MAY BE — IMO.

7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Parliament still working on the budget…that’s nothing new, but it appears they are making progress. Maliki has yet to be replaced and is maintaining his role as Prime Minister still. There is nobody likely to get enough support in Baghdad to replace him, so like i’ve been saying for the last few months…he’s probably going to stay. A new name you might want to get familiar with is “Muhammad Fuad Masum”, the new Iraqi President. We will still hear Talabani’s name as he will still be active in the political party Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK).

7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Speaking of Kurdistan, there is a pretty big deal going on right now…they currently have a tanker sitting off the coast of Texas carrying $100 million worth of crude. They declared a major victory when they were to offload it Monday, but a Judge put a temporary delay on this. We are currently waiting for the KRG to make their case…and if they are able to offload this shipment and collect that money, they will have won a MAJOR victory! Again putting more pressure on Baghdad, which is good for us. Kurdistan also has a referendum coming up to vote for Independence. I don’t see it happening as of yet, but again…all these things are pushing for action instead of complacency and delays. Overall… it’s looking like we’re in for an exciting month of August!

7-30-2014 RUMOR Guru DC [via Adept1] Things are exceptionally good – really a continuation from Monday. We are waiting on the announcement of the PM for the RV, and everything is in a wonderful spot. It makes sense for these announcements to be wrapped into the end of the religious festival. Bottom line: everybody is extremely excited because they have got to a foundational point for the upcoming turnaround that Iraq will go through. The whole economy will get a huge boost, worldwide. They are just waiting for the IMF to give the word; we understand they have set the time for that, but we are not going to say it. We’re not going to leak that! We just pray everything stays on track. I believe we are at a very, very close point for this to be done.

We’re in place, we are…happy that this nightmare is over for you as well as us, and more happy for you Iraqis because of the enormous changes about to take place in the Middle East. All we can do is watch the clock. I had a call from my cousin who said he wants to sell his dinar, and I just told him “Don’t sell!” Finally, I said, “If it’s still there on Tuesday, then there will be a buyer.” He called me yesterday, and I still told him not to sell. When he sees what it will come out at, he would regret it for the rest of his life. I couldn’t tell anyone to sell, not with what I’m seeing now. We are so close to getting to it…

7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker BREAKING NEWS: “Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki steps down today because of political pressure!” That’s is what is coming out of Iraq via seven (7) articles so far already in the last hour but earlier today his State Law Party denied he was doing so. What makes me lean to it being fact is that the State Law Coalition stated that they have nominated two candidates for the PM position; al-Jaafari and al-Shahristani This move would be an attempt to diminish the votes away from the New Coalition that makes up the New National Coalition to try to keep their party in power. …I have just heard that they are getting close in announcing a single candidate and soon!

7-30-2014 Intel Guru SteveI [What is the next bench mark to watch for!?] …that would be the budget and the HCL, both of them are a significant key to the financial outcome of changing the value in the near future. All we can do is sit and watch the progress happen like it is. This is so different than what was going on for the past few years, it is now getting exciting.

7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “U.S. judge says Kurdish tanker near Texas out of court’s jurisdiction” …the very same judge who Tuesday morning issued the confiscation order for the Kurd oil sitting in the Gulf of Mexico south of Galveston…has basically rescinded her original order, saying the oil is out of the jurisdiction of her court.
