7-30-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 Last week they…announced they were going to launch the income tax to the citizens of Iraq…the Finance Minister said…wink… wink…we are going to have to start charging you guys income tax…I think his winks meant the citizens are about to get some money…so they can handle this tax…these are wonderful indicators..

7-30-2016 Newshound Guru Breitling …if you look back on the information we’ve had, the most that Iraq has had, the note count was around 9 billion notes. that was the most they ever had. And that 9 billion represented 30 Trillion in dinar. One denomination is worth 25K dinar, 10K etc. but it only added up to 30 Trillion and they’ve reduced it since then. It’s a major mistake people make when they read the M1, M2, M3 any of these reports from any country it’s basically how much cash do you have in your pocket. How much do you have in your bank account. How much do you have in assets. And then they combine them together.

The standby letters of credit is a fantasy for Iraq, I just don’t see how they can do it. Pass the long overdue banking and economic laws, empower the open market economy and then move the currency to Article VIII. In the end, there are no shortcuts to the currency.

The Kurds need Baghdad more than Baghdad needs the Kurds and 2. that the Kurds fudged their population numbers to get more money from the budget and without an accurate census who could dispute what they said? But the good news is that on Saturday July 30th parliament has the census law on the agenda: “Thirteenth: report and discuss the draft census law. (Committee on Economy and Investment). (23 articles).” We don’t expect a swift resolution to Article 140 and the disputed areas or the borders, the Constitution has to be amended and they must reach an agreement, a mutual consent among everyone. There is a reading of the borders law in parliament on the 30th as well: “Second: the vote on the draft of border crossings into law.”
