nothing. But all of a sudden…this exchange rate comes out of nowhere like Godzilla coming out of the ocean and surprising with a big roar, ‘Our official exchange rate is 1132.’ No it’s not. You’ve been telling everybody it’s 1320…If you remember, I told you I was hoping they would get this down to 1100 or to around 1000. In that way we can just drop the zeros and we’re at 1 to 1.

This is clearly the period we are currently in and is the NORMAL process. Technically, the PM never gets the budget after the President signs it except for review of what Parliament did to the COM’s budget. His MOF has it now in conjunction with the MOP…Personally, I hope we at least see the restructure of the currency prior to budget disbursements so everyday that there are no disbursements if there is no rate change, I am happy…

7-21-2023 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Whose fault is it that it’s taking years? It’s Iraq’s of course! They are unwilling to conform to International standards and are trying to take shortcuts. Until they follow the rules and begin to diversify, nothing will ever happen…There are no shortcuts.

This would mean Iraq would no longer be able to secretly help Iran to stay afloat. Everybody knows Iraq is helping their neighbors, it’s how they help them that matters. No US dollars.

7-21-2023 Newshound Guru Militia Man We’ve been waiting for and are still waiting for the 2023-2024 budget to have allocations to pay for things and to get projects started…we have to see if Sunday is one of those days that subsequently presents itself for them to expose things/roll out process.

7-21-2023 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] I keep hearing rumors that whales have money. I have great whale contacts- phenomenal whale contacts in Reno, Miami, Shanghai and Hong Kong and Zurich. And I cannot find a single one that has spendable dollars. Quite a few of them talk about having money in their accounts but they can’t get to it. Its on hold. But are they very hopeful they will soon see a release of it- yes. But they just have not seen it yet.
