The government has to be completed…They clearly said multiple times the new government is the administration that walks Iraq into the next stage, next phase…The reason why the government remains incomplete is because they’re not ready to revalue exactly now. But they are ready to revalue in the near future…Completing the full government will take Iraq international and allow them to go international.
