6-26-2014 Intel Guru TD Today i had a intellectual exchange with my friend over in the sandbox and thought i’d share some info: Maliki emphatically states today that he will “follow the democratic process” and form a government. he “claims’ his party has majority and will not heed the advice of the Obama doctrine : “be inclusive and play nicely with all the kids”. Maliki now seems to think of himself as “the Commander in chief” of all shiite’s. The only way Maliki will go is if his own party topples him or he loses support from Iran.

6-26-2014 Intel Guru TD I asked my friend for clarification of recent comments by Turki and the CBI. He indicates that much seems to be lost in translation and that the Governor was simply trying to assure “existing business interests and nations” of the CBI’s continued efforts to keep monetary policy as stable as possible under the political pressures. Much concern raised by these “existing business partners” was ISIS looting more money, funds, etc. Turki was trying to assure people of Iraq’s vast wealth “held outside Iraq”.

6-25-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Najafip sources: the reference would give its blessing nomination of Adel Abdul Mahdi” Religious sources in Najaf are reportedly saying that Mahdi would be a good thing as a nominee for PM…they seem to infer that he would be acceptable by all political blocs…well that is at least their opinion…I am sure that there will be several names dropped in the hat.

6-26-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday Article quote: “Wahab said Vice President Khodair al, that the presidency will be issued today or tomorrow Decree Republican to hold the first session of the new Council of Representatives.” the first session of parliament is thursday or friday — this week…so the first session is to place by vote the new government and that will be complete this week…that is huge news…the US made an agreement that they were to have the gov formed by july 1st for the US to help.

6-26-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana the situation in Iraq isn’t one of peace and tranquility just yet, but I get the feeling things are coming to a head and it’s not turning out that bad. Quite frankly, I feel that if things were to take a drastic turn for the worst we would be seeing it by now. ISIL is holding on and making waves still, but it’s starting to look like they are stretching themselves thin and that’s never a good thing for an attacking party.

Maliki is preparing his exit speech.” What do you think about that?] It’s wonderful, but things can change until they are formal. I wouldn’t hold my breath on M retiring until everyone has voted on this. Maliki is extremely bright and we won’t count him out until it’s done. I think it’s 85% likely that Madhi gets it, but we have to see. …you don’t have to have a PM in order to have an RV.

6-25-2014 RUMOR Guru I do believe we are beyond the point of interference from anyone. Even those trying to block or delay this are not having an impact. It is extremely positive for any time now. The RI could be available to the general public if the banks allow that, but the RV is following so closely behind and it will give us a slightly higher number, so they are waiting for that although the RI is being traded behind the scenes. The RI went through, and now Maliki has pushed it worldwide, so he is willing to wait on the RV until the political side is sorted out. The train has left the station, and I have a strong feeling it will be before the 4th.

6-25-2014 RUMOR Guru They are still briefing people right now that is will be done before the 1st…and some think it will happen before the first, which I hope is the case. The banks are ready, they’ve brought in security and exchange people, refreshed information with everyone, and they have re-established their hours, ready for this to go right now. The only thing we haven’t seen is public announcement in Iraq, although they have said it is effective and have announced the RI. What we are waiting for has been processed around the globe, and it’s sitting in the banks waiting for the opportune time. The banks have the rates, they are just not dealing with the public yet because they want to do the RV and the GCR at the same time.

6-25-2014 RUMOR Guru […you don’t have to have a PM in order to have an RV.] It’s not a requirement, but a smart person would want to know who is in charge of this money. Do they shock the world by doing this first and announcing it afterwards? There should be an announcement on June 26th, which is tonight in Iraq. The RI went through, and now Maliki has pushed it worldwide, so he is willing to wait on the RV until the political side is sorted out. We are so close; we are in an active live window at this time. It could be in the next five minutes, any minute, next day or 3-4 days.

Fact check, It has already been confirmed several times that there will be NO “GCR”, it is all just hype created by several pumper guru’s.

6-25-2014 Newshound Guru Mountainman [Long time no see!] I see the current serious conflict going on in Iraq to be to our advantage for a multitude of reasons…the main thing is Malikai is going to be ousted either by his own govt or by ISIS…either way he is on his way out. The US is going to step in and step in hard against ISIS. The main point is the world is not going to tolerate this kind of action…So its obvious Iraq is in for another major change…and I believe after all they have suffered…the Iraqi govt is finally going to become an all inclusive govt sharing power equally between the three main religious parties….and this change could occur within a couple of weeks…As they have literally run out of time.

6-25-2014 Newshound Guru Mountainman Another factor in Iraq’s favor today is the Kurds… they are now the main group that is in the best position to help stableize Iraq and bring the country back to a position of stability… They are the most powerful group in Iraq today bar none.They are easily able to maintain security in their area… but…they are not going to until they are given legitimate power and positions in the Iraqi govt. We are half way through the year…don’t look for the dinar to change this year… possible? In my opinion no. Next year very possible…watch for Iraq to develop a stable govt. then look for a change in the value of the dinar.

[do you think he can bring all three factions together or will the Kurds still feel left out?] YES I DO. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET BACK TO DOING BUSINESS AS THEY DID PRIOR TO THE WAR FROM A $$ STAND POINT. JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A COUPLE OF SOURCES THEY ARE STILL INSISTING THAT WE ARE IN A GREAT PLACE AND THAT THINGS ARE IN GREAT POSITION.

6-25-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat …today we stand on a new timeline once again. This could be all over within the next week. I will not give out a date but I believe we are very close looking at all the current news…this should be a pivotal week….we are in this critical stage and all time is critical now. I still whole heartedly expect Maliki to attempt to find a way to sabotage the process. Until it is over its not over.

6-25-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat Will they still hold the session or will Maliki find a way to sidetrack it again? Something to be watchful for. He already go them to postpone the 6/24 session to 6/27. I still firmly believe that we will not see any revaluation of the IQD unless Iraq has a stable and functional government…This will bring us the final completion of the project to restructure the currency. This is what the CBI also wants and this is what will get us to the banks to exchange our dinar.

6-25-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Alkhozai: Presidency of the Republic issued a decree during the next two days to hold the first meeting of Parliament” This same man promised us three days ago that Parliament would meet then in “two days”, now here it is Wednesday and he is still saying “two days,”…soon it will be July 1 and hopefully he will have gotten it right…and then the article closes with the July 1 date…

6-25-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana You would think that with all this madness and chaos and “OMG the sky is falling!” going on over there, the currency would be plummeting back to the 4000:1 rate it was at a decade ago… but that’s not the case. In fact, the stability was only in question for less than a week, when the dinar “wobbled”. Turki/Central Bank states that despite the current events, the dinar is and will remain stable. Not only that, they have the ability to maintain any rate without a roof. (That says “float” to me!) (Yes, all this in spite of the “doom and gloom” the lame-stream media would have you believe!)

6-25-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana So…what do we take away from all that? The recent events in Iraq have definitely put a kibosh on anything “popping” in the next week or two, but the dust will settle and Iraq still has not suffered anything that has or will set them back significantly. In fact, despite the turbulence, the exchange rate has remained strong and that says a LOT about the future potential for them. I remain positive.
