6-23-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 SEVERAL THINGS THAT NEED TO HAPPEN BUT MOST ALL OF THESE ARE ALL CONNECTED AND WILL HAPPEN ALMOST SIMULTANEOUSLY. FIRST THE NEW GOI SET AND SHOULD HAPPEN EARLY THIS WEEK. DOESN’T HAVE TO BE SET FOR THE RV BUT WE THINK THE CBI AND WORLD BANK HAVE COME THIS FAR THEY WILL MAKE THAT A PRIORITY. NEXT ARTICLE 140 AND THE HCL HAVE BEEN READY FOR IMPLEMENTATION FOR MONTHS NOW. I TRULY EXPECT TO SEE THE VALUE CHANGE ONE DAY AND THESE TWO LAWS TO BE IMPLEMENTED WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS POST RV. NEXT THE RV IS ANNOUNCED THEN WE NEED TO HEAR THAT THE DINAR IS A RECOGNIZED TRADEABLE CURRENCY AND THAT WILL BE SET TO GO PRIOR TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT.

TURKI, HAS STATED BEGINNING LAST YEAR THAT MID 2014 WE WILL HAVE A NEW VALUED CURRENCY AND COMPLETE FINANCIAL REFORM! THEN HE HAS STATED THE SAME THING AT LEAST 3 TIMES SINCE THEN BEGINNING IN JAN 2014 WHERE HE ACTUALLY SAID JUNE FOR A TRADEABLE CURRENCY. HE HAS ALSO STATED NOMINAL VALUED CURRENCY. I CAN’T GIVE YOU ANYTHING THAT SOUNDS BETTER THAN WHAT THE MAN THAT IS CHARGED WITH MAKING THE CHANGE HAS SAID AND HE HAS NEVER…SAID ANYTHING ANY DIFFERENT THAN THIS.

I THINK WE ARE IN AN AWESOME WEEK COMING UP THAT EVEN IF IT DOESN’T BRING FORTH THE RV IT WILL REVEAL EVEN MORE…ACCURATE TIMING OF WHEN WE WILL SEE MALIKI GONE, GOI SET, AND ALL REQUIRED FOR OUR RV AND MAY EVEN SEE AND HEAR THE RATE.

6-23-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Specialists: the presidency will call the new parliament to work during the next two days” Will we see Parliament getting together for a session in the next two days? So says the voice of the President…through his Vice President Khodair…originally the initial meeting was to be held June 30, but in staying with legal precedent the meeting will now be convened much sooner…we shall see what happens.

6-23-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG FOX ran a report phrased like ‘John Kerry headed to the Middle East to urge Maliki to “guarantee his gov’t will be more inclusive” in the future’… My take on the Kerry “narrative” was to at least look on the surface as though the US wasn’t there to “directly effect” (as per the POTUS) the choosing of the Iraqi leadership…to “urge” Maliki to be “inclusive”…however, I am POSITIVE we are there to “help with the choice” and it won’t be Maliki. I doubt he lasts much longer…this “gambit” of his with ISIS and allowing them entry hurt both the Iraqi ARMY and his own chances. I believe it greatly hastened his coming demise.

6-23-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG I will leave everyone with some thoughts… though there is turmoil…considerable uncertainty…I am optimistic about Iraq’s chances now. Maliki has captured the world’s attention…and not in a good way…which in the short term – should be good for us (and them). The truth is coming out everyday and this is good.

6-23-2014 Intel Guru Mnt Goat …the violence now going on in Iraq threatens to destabilize the entire country and to stretch beyond the Iraqi border. This violence is intentional by the Maliki government and will not end as long as Maliki remains prime minister during this time of provisional government. Yes – this violence is a bit exaggerated on the USA news channels but I assure you it is real and will have lasting effects if not stopped. The only real hope for the Iraq is for the “good guys” to aggressively push forward and get the new government seated as quickly as possible.

6-23-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Maliki will only leave the way all dictators leave. In a box or under arrest. This guy is getting nuttier by the day. …Hakim has already stopped him from arresting Chalabi for terrorism charges. So you will most likely see confusion to as not present or focus on any particular guy until he is nominated on Tuesday. Until then I don’t think any position will officially be announced publicly but it is interesting that Chalabi is meeting with everyone but not on the list. …the results were ratified last Monday by the federal courts 354 out of 358 mps.

6-23-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “U.S. official: Kerry will discuss the potential for tripping over Iraq’s oil supplies” Oh this should give everyone in Iraq a warm fuzzy feeling…Sec of State Kerry is allegedly going to show up in Iraq…now of all times…now after so much damage has been done…let’s pay a little attention to a country we once tried to save from the very menace they face today…a menace that someone uttered “were on the run” not so long ago…I’m sure that there will be a warm welcome for him…it is kind of funny…this talk of oil disruption is not even remotely close to being a reality…nothing in the way of exports to the north or the south have been threatened.

6-22-2014 Intel Guru SteveI All looks very good ahead. Here some some things to watch for: The naming of the President of the new parliament. Immediately after that, the official naming of the new Prime Minister (FYI, it will not be Maliki under any condition). The passing of the budget. The closing of the borders (this may or may not happen as this all will go down very fast). Many are sill predicting Maliki will remain in power, but I will stick to my post from last Tuesday. Each and every day gets more exciting. This very well could be a great upcoming holiday.

6-22-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste …it has been my view that Maliki was holding off on allowing the float for political reasons. A weak dinar policy meant that his opponents would not reap the benefit of a rising dinar, assuming they were holders. My statement Maliki will allow the float is consistent with his own statements and those of Turki. Turki said just a few days ago that the dinar would enter the world stage late this year or early next year. He would not say that without Maliki’s approval. Maliki also has stated that he wants the country to prosper and enter the world market. The fact that he has not done much thus far to make that happen doesn’t mean that it won’t happen. He actually has a great incentive to allow the float, once he is re-established with a third term. He will become the ultimate hero.

6-22-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste It has always been my view that Maliki is shrewd, not dumb. He does things because he himself benefits in some way…his placement of Turki in the CBI slot was for a reason that has benefited him. We have never heard him say that the plan was not going to happen (raising the value of the dinar). Never. But we have heard Turki endorse the plan generally. So, on god’s green earth I see that Maliki will slowly evolve, to his own benefit, and allow Turki to move to Article VIII and the dinar to float.

6-22-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 I am seeing three articles my TEAMS have already talked to me about. I have to admit ….We did NOT expect to see them today. The speed of many directions in Baghdad is being amplified. IMO…It is impressing the proper entities of MR Powers. What we are seeing today is not an optical illusions of chronic lies from Iraq. Today is impressive.

[do you believe…will we have rv by July1?] I cannot (in good conscience) say no…we cannot discount anything, at this point…but I cannot (in good conscience) say “proof positive” YES either…my instinct is that July 1 might be a tiny bit early based on the current scenario…but if I am right and Maliki is gone soon – anything can happen.

6-22-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “PM Barzani: Maliki should step down” Barzani is talking sense, something that Maliki doesn’t seem to want to listen to…step down now…allow the country to pull itself back together…there has been 8 years of continuous turmoil and with no end in sight…enough is enough…Barzani talks of a political solution, not a military one…but agrees with the US troop involvement as a “good step”…Maliki needs to pay attention to the music…are they playing a dirge…for an exit?

6-22-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Somebody asked question…if I still think July 1st date is good. Quite simply, yes. What is important to watch for is steps: Step one. New government is formed next week. Step two. World governments immediately recognize new government in Iraq as legitimate government. Step three. Maliki leaves country or is arrested or is assassinated. Sunnis will join forces with kurds and Shia to expel ISIS. Step four: Turki will pull trigger the minute there is a new government and Maliki has been dealt with. These are the steps. Us will offer new government all military support the minute they announce a new PM which means new government. These steps must happen by next week for Turki to have the confidence to play his part. He is just waiting as we are.

6-22-2014 Newshound Guru Chattels [Is Maliki up to his final nail yet? Or is he still hanging in there?] NO RESIGNATION BY MALIKI OR NEW GOVERNMENT AS YET.
