4-9-2015 Intel Guru Delta Basically every day in Iraq they have a FINANCIAL NEWS [segment] that is broadcast at 5pm Iraqi time. That segment is “LIVE” for about 12 hours, and…you’ve all seen the article…the Financial Committee and Abadi are meeting with the CBI. The reporter was saying that he had an interview with the Financial Committee but before he did that he did an introduction. The way that he [the reporter] said it was…it was EXPECTED for the Iraqi Dinar value to reach pretty close to a dollar within two weeks. This is a legitimate TV station — sponsored by funds allocated from the budget. For a reporter on Iraqi TV to say that is incredible. We have a team who is watching that TV news channel all the time.

4-9-2015 Intel Guru Delta The reporter said it was EXPECTED to increase in value. Everybody there including the government is EXPECTING an increase value but no one knows the exact date. Abadi doesn’t know the date. It’s classified. Probably the only ones who know would be the board of directors of the CBI. No one can pull the trigger except the Central Bank of Iraq…a lot of pressure on the CBI from all angles. So they said within 2 weeks. So we are going to wait and see what happens…the announcement could come by the end of the month. We looked back in history and Iraq’s monetary policy where changes typically occurred at the middle of the month.

4-9-2015 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG This article showing Dr Shabibi next to the current Finance Minister in Kuwait is HUGE NEWS (Getty Images is no small potatoes outfit). Him being labeled “the Gov of the CBI” could be taken a couple of ways. First, he was at one time the Gov of the CBI. This could simply be a title of respect. Which I am suspicious of… even so – it is big to see him acting in concert with the financial upper leadership of Iraq. On the other hand, this piece – taken in context with the Alliraqnews…article and Abbadi essentially giving a “veiled declaration” that Allaq would be replaced soon is HUGE NEWS!!! It should be noted this meeting took place in Kuwait…and he attended openly. Even though Dr Shabibi was exonerated – according to my sources he won’t come back to Iraq (for any term of stay) with Maliki still “on the loose”.

4-9-2015 Newshound Guru sczin11 DR SHABIBI, HAS BEEN RUMORED IN THE GREEN ZONE, OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY, IN THE CBI OFFICES…SEEN AND READ IT ALL… REGARDLESS OF HIS PHYSICAL LOCATION, HE HAS PLAYED SOME ROLE IN THE MR REFORM PROCESS, AS IT HAS BEEN PLAYING OUT SINCE THE NEW REGIME HAS TAKEN OVER, IMHO.

4-9-2015 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 I will share some news…NOT in the news or in INK… Kirkut is officially referred to as a subsidiary of Kurdistan… Abadi has informed the Governor of Kirkut as such and is exactly how Baghdad will treat it… Now the displaced in Kurdistan have been rushing to get Qi Cards over the past few weeks as they were promised “grant money”… That has been POSTPONED during the Abadi/Barzani meeting… A Trade Bank representative said that there is “change” coming 5/2 that will benefit citizens of the card of displaced… This is all FACT!! …it does not mean RV or RV before that… It simply means a date of significance… Anything applied is pure speculation…but I assure you they have something to be planned to change on 5/2 regarding the displaced and Kurd region etc…

4-9-2015 Intel Guru Delta I’d like to ask you some questions…which you already know the answer to: #1 – WHY (until now) did they not activate the PRIVATE SECTOR and the MARKET ECONOMY? #2 – WHY did they NOT issue the Qi-Cards (with the Visa/MasterCard)? 400,000 retirees are waiting for those cards that they could use anywhere. #3 – WHY has the budget not been completely distributed? …there is only ONE answer. They need to increase the value of their currency by changing the rate! Everyone is waiting for it! Everyone knows the rate is going to be close to a dollar and that is what everybody is expecting. We are definitely very close… There is an urgency! They need this to happen as soon as possible!

The monetary reform and SECURITY is moving very fast. iTeam and our ground team found the broadcast. [reference Guru Delta’s post 4-9-15] …the reporter…they are repeating it every day …they repeat what Delta said. We said Shabibi was still there. iTeam is protecting Dr. Shabibi. Finally yesterday we see confirmations of Shabibi – as Governor of the CBI. Teams don’t see 85 cents. They see $1.17 and up. Again…no one knows the date/rate.

Fact check, according to articles published today, the HCL has NOT been completed or finalized, they are still working on an agreement. Also in today’s news, stated by Tamimi, “the central bank is likely issuance of large coins”, and are reconsidering the project to delete the zero’s. That is what the news is stating.

You had to be brave when I first got into this around 2006 because they were adding MORE notes…they were basically diluting the value of the dinar. You had to believe what the CBI was saying…’one of these days we are going to remove 70% of these notes off the market and we are going to reduce the note count and we are going to get it back up to three dollars.’ So for YEARS you HAD to have full on faith because they weren’t reducing the note count they were actually adding to the note count…

4-7-2015 Newshound Guru Breitling Guru Roger interviews Breitling cont.: …they were trying to make it cheaper and cheaper to restructure their country and then they finally reached a point where for the last 2 years they have been reducing it and that’s from the reports coming out from the CBI where they went from 6 billion notes to 4 billion notes and now their strategy is to get to a billion notes and that’s where we are going to gain our value. They basically want to get it to a dollar then they will have a completely different strategy and that will get them to the $3 plus range. [So you’ve bet on the rebirth of Iraq and the country not just the dinar?] Absolutely.

4-8-2015 KING of RUMORS Guru Some are saying the HCL has not been completed. Kurdistan has just published what they are paying their citizens according to the HCL…Their payments cannot happen without the HCL agreement having happened. […is there any validity…that the RV will not come to pass because they are waiting for two years for the value of the dinar to increase?] They have people sitting in banks right now who are trained to do this. They are on standby for a rate change today. Abadi saying the Iraqis will have this in a few days, and their television is saying that as well. People are waiting on pins and needles, and it doesn’t make sense that they are waiting for two years. They have no currency in Iraq – they de-dollarized, but people are still using dollars because there are no dinar. In Iraq, they were supposed to get approval at noon today and we don’t know yet if they have that. it’s a great day with great information.

Fact check, Kurdistan passed the oil and gas law “fund” in their territory, which creates a “savings account” that can be used if their is an interruption of revenues for what ever reason.

4-8-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article “Iraqi PM Haider al-Abadi to Visit US Next Week” PM Abadi to Washington next week…not this week…unless something has grossly changed…I’m thinking he is due in Washington around the 14th…whenever he shows up I hope he brings his A-Team and his best game to present before whoever he meets with here in the US…and I hope they listen well.
