4-29-2015 Newshound Guru wmawhite The current 50 IQD notes are forever gone by at mid night tomorrow. At mid night tomorrow they do not exist…and this is where it gets good for us…three weeks ago the cbi told everbody to expect a 50 and 100 IQD note with the like value of 50,000 IQD and 100,000 IQD. How can a 50 IQD note that today is valued at $0.045 become worth $43.00…or a 100 IQD note that today would be valued at $0.09 become worth $86.00? this is what the CBI is telling the citizens of Iraq. They remove a 50 IQD note because it is not used/no security and it is not used because its value is only $0.045 but then say look for these new notes worth 1,000s of times more value.

Recall back in early November right after Jabouri hosted Moshen (CBI Gov) the investment law was set to be read and voted on…at the 11th hour Abadi asked Jabouri to table it until further notice. When the investment law goes IT ALL GOES… And it has to be done before the 2nd semester of financials (July). The question is will they begin the second half of the year with 3 zeros? Logic says you open up the economy with new accounting in place AND not months after investors flush a ton of money in banks. The investors will bring liquidity…The investors that have been sidelined for the past year have been unable to withdraw total funds because of “lack of liquidity”. They are waiting on this investment law…AND remember Barzani said that Kurdistan will not open it’s economy dealing in 3 zeros…And it has been said continuously that sidelined investors won’t wait another 6 months on the sidelines.

Especially since the 50 is retired April 30th. May could be very interesting month!
4-29-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Najiba Najib: World Bank loan is not enough to fill the budget deficit” The intent of the IMF loan(s) was always meant to simply tide the Iraqi government “over” for a short period of time, giving PM Abadi time to take action…has he done that…is he in the process of doing that…he’s certainly made some bold announcements this week, or his staff of ministers have made bold statements…The opening of the remainder of the budget (the “other” 70%)…the “full” payment to the Kurds for the month of April…economic promises to Basra…how can that be that he expects each of these to happen…Where will the money come from…he does not have an IMF tree, or a World Bank tree from which to harvest as he chooses…he must be looking at what he promised in America would happen…release the RI and shake loose the shackles that bind Iraq today.

On Friday morning, because of everything we thought was about to happen, they told the people “what you are waiting for is here”. So what does ‘here’ mean? I’m feeling that here means OUR interpretation of here, say, within five days. I want you to be excited because we are excited. Finally here means HERE. We have received nothing but good information in the last 24 hours. Iraq has told their people that it’s here, and we’ve been told that it’s here, using our definition of ‘here’. Everyone is cautious, excited and touchy, so we didn’t go into details but they are great. Some people are saying we need to wait for certain things, and they are being done, and some things are still being worked on to make this even better. You’re not at the bank yet, but there is reason to be happy. …they didn’t make the announcement today – but that is not because they couldn’t have. They chose not to, although another few days won’t hurt us.

SO THIS IS HUGE — ALL LAWS COULD BE VOTED IN A ONE BASKET VOTE. THIS WOULD ALLOW THE RELIANCE ON EACH OTHER CONSTITUTIONALLY AND LEGALLY TO NOT BE BROKEN. THEY ARE WORKING EXTENDED HOURS AND SESSIONS AND HAVE MULTIPLE COMMITTEES WORKING AS WELL. WHOOOPOW.

The pieces of the puzzle are slowly coming into play, or should I say slipping into place…Gold is a currency and that price will reset first. Watch the EAST because they have the gold.
4-28-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 …this has been a really stellar day for Iraq I believe…we’ve seen confirmation of at least 2 loans from the IMF, mention of a possible third loan…talk of possible money from the World Bank…the discussions that PM Abadi had with the Parliament today…basically threw the gauntlet down in front of the Maliki supports…and we believe the ones who may have gotten a pink slip today may have been Maliki supporters as well. Abadi is showing he can play hardball and he is not intimidated by threats or accusations from those who blindly stand with M. We saw a commitment by the Baghdad government that leads us to believe a “full” payment is to be made to the Kurds for April…whoooorahhhh on the Kurd efforts for the month of April to get their exports up to par.
4-28-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Abadi continues to vocalize support for Basra and their economic plight as well as for Anbar and the tribal leadership there who continue to fight DAASH cells…the Iraqi Security Forces are showing they are to be reckoned with in the province…unity abounds…cooperation is swelling all over Iraq for Abadi and his government efforts…The minuscule noise that you hear against him is coming from Maliki supporters…those that are left and their noise is but a tweak at this point…there is a growing national partnership that is more and more evident each day not only in the government but from all Iraqis. I’m excited about what has been happening…what we saw from today and I look forward to what the remainder of this month can show us and the world and what May holds in store for all involved…remember…the BEST is yet to come.

Or do you think this whole thing is event driven? i.e. when everything needed is done, it will happen then and only then?] I WILL GIVE MY OPINION ON THIS…I THINK THAT A PLANNED EVENT OF THIS SIZE HAS TO HAVE A DATE — ANYTHING ELSE DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME.
4-28-2015 Newshound Guru wmawhite PM Abadi did not go the Davos and then to Berlin and then to D.C. to tell the world WAIT…we don’t want you or need you now. His message has always been now not later. They are wanting to do this as soon as they can pull it off successfully. [OK WE WAIT FOR THEM TO PULL THE FLOOD GATE.] Actually, IMO, no. IMO the status of the IQD will change PRIOR to the flood gates opening, the laws passed, etc., etc.

4-28-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “…Abadi has promised to introduce the allocation of funds to Basra, the Council of Ministers” PM Abadi has promised the Basra council that he will go before the COM and ask for funds in which Basra will be able to stimulate stalled projects…he made this promise but does not indicate as to when it might come to fruition… where will the money come from unless you RI…get on with the show then.
4-28-2015 Newshound Guru wmawhite …keep in mind with all of the anticipation of the many laws, i.e. HCL, Investment Law, that these laws will open up the flood gates to the world of investors…except for one very important issue; the status of the IQD. First item, the IQD needs to be accepted/traded between countries. Second item, Iraq doesnt want to open up their country to the world with their currency valued at $0.00086 per 1 IQD. Therefore, by the time all of these laws are passed, IMO, we will have what we have always needed and all of those laws will been behind us.
