4-23-2015 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG The recent trip to DC could not have gone better for Abadi. He has gained the attention of world leaders and…quite literally, gained the attention of the FINANCIAL WORLD!! I think Abadi came back from DC with the broad based support here, there and in the financial world he will need to get things done in short order. This flurry of activity by both ISIS and his enemies within – was all just “knee-jerk” reaction or attempted counter to how well things were going for the new GOI. Ramadi is now getting serious support from Baghdad – (as soon as he showed back up there), Baiji turned out to be little more than a diversion and the bit about his spokesperson being somehow affiliated with Saddam was handled quickly and appropriately. He stole all the thunder from these potential detractors. He got massive support from the IMF various banks, the US (weapons and aid) and HUGE credibility – which he will need in the near future…and then…We’ve had this rash of “secret meetings” (in the press – ??) lately – more than I can ever recall…one of which was Parliament on Sat and then one with the IMF “allowing” Zebari to sit in…The last week or so has seen a MASSIVE SHIFT in our fortunes… Those of us invested in the currency of this country.

4-22-2015 KING of RUMORS Guru All laws pending are being passed today, both the necessary and unnecessary laws. Abadi has been on television with statements running and also in print that he has taken over the economic reform (and electricity). He is assuming responsibility for everything in the public eye. The announcements have been made, “this time we’re not joking”… I do think we are close. Every agency and sources in different countries are telling us that we are super-close.

4-22-2015 RUMOR Guru Dr. Shabibi and Dr. Abadi have been in constant communication about the RI/RV, trying to get everyone up to a place where they can handle this. They started 36 hours ago and the rest of the world said, “Yeah, sure” with eyes rolling. So they have been spending time on international phone calls getting everyone ramped up. Everyone in Iraq ran through procedures again concerning lower currencies, and such. Those have gone out. In the newspapers and on television, there is more of the same: monetary reform will be done in the next few days, quoting CBI, Finance Ministry, etc…Iraq is prepared and getting everyone ready for the RV. Bank security, law enforcement and intelligence guys are ramping up as we speak, like the banks. The US and the rest of the world banks are being prepped now. We expect to see this in the next few days. We hope this is the final deal. Everything looks really, really good…

Eagle1 said there is a rate … and it’s been showing for weeks … on the administrative screens … all over the country of Wells Fargo banks.

4-22-2015 Newshound Guru Adam Montana This is an unusual situation for me to be in… but I’m just going to go out on a limb and spit it out. For the past couple months, I’ve been getting messages and more importantly… “feelings”… from my banking partners and investment people. And as of just last week, a few of our offshore banks started letting me and my staff know that big changes were coming. As of a couple days ago, they started sending out messages to other clients as well. The messages are varied, but they all point in the same direction – towards something significant. One says they expect us to be dealing with stricter US investment and reporting laws shortly, another is stating they expect MY clients to be dealing with larger amounts of cash soon, another is anxious to get all of our current affairs finalized and quite a few are starting to hint that they will not be taking new clients in a very short manner. I’m not saying I’m being told directly that we’re on the brink of something major. Fingers crossed!

4-22-2015 Intel Guru Frank26 [Finance Minister Zebari went to the IMF regarding an emergency type of loan….I believe this is what is being granted…the emergency loan.] That’s right…and the end of every month…there is always an emergency loan to help them get by. It’s never at the beginning or the 2nd week and although they do not talk of the amount in today’s articles…the articles from last week were speaking in terms of $700 million dollars for this particular loan request. NOTE: ONLY enough for less than two weeks…The remainder of this month’s worth. [The question now becomes, are the funds enough to keep Iraq “going” up to Ramadan or until after Ramadan!?”] NO ! Don’t pay attention to it. Don’t let it bother you. [You stated that the HCL is HOT. IYO only, will we SEE it before the rate change or after?] EVERYONE…everything…Waits for THE RATE. The rate must come first because everything bows to it. Once the 3 zeros are lifted it will trigger the laws in the budget…it will activate the budget and it will send every citizen in Iraq to run to the banks in order to get their currency because it will be in lower denoms. Dr. S [Shabibi] is being pushed tremendously. There isn’t anyone else but Shabibi now. He is moving fast.
