By signing up these money transfer companies directly the CBI will have a way of selling off the petrodollars without the daily auctions. This should occur once they move to a one exchange rate system, which is the internationally standard.

It is not now all about USA holding it up…This hold up has been corrected and the IMF has decided last week to go ahead and move forward in the rollout process. As many know the UST have instituted a call in process where you must first make a bank appointment using an 800 number. Their numbers are not yet published to the general public but the plan right now is to have these numbers distributed next week and people at the bank at that time.

4-21-2014 Misinformed Intel Guru Mnt Goat There is some minimal impact from the elections too…So this is all part of our delay…I believe that we will see the election results and then a flurry of laws will be announced in Iraq. The timing of the passing of the 2014 budget too will happen at about this time if not just prior…this budget it all done and waiting for the revaluation process to end. There will also be some announcement about the currency going international too but it will not be the main topic of the discussion in the news. It will just be a comment. The announcement of the WTO ascension will follow days later but just prior we will all be at the bank… it is all good and I am very hopeful that now this country of Iraq will be moving forward.

4-20-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday [We have seen many pieces fall into place in the recent weeks and days…my question is what is lacking to complete the picture? what clues are we now looking for as we scan the intel coming in?] i would say that they are wrapping up the budget and the last steps we were announced about when CBI stated they were raising the value and setting the rates now and it is being done by steps per the private banks and cbi — they all will be done around the same time — not that it has to be after the budget or before — all around the same time for financial success…i go by the ink i see — and by what the ink states — we are waiting on these steps to get to the one that is the raise of the value and also the setting of international rates.

4-19-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 THE CBI CAN ENTER THE BIG LEAGUES AT ANYTIME THEY FEEL LIKE JUMPING IN . THEY HAVE APPROVAL TO TURN THINGS…THEY HAVE MADE SOLID INVESTMENTS AND MOVES TOWARDS THE RV FOR WEEKS NOW AND HAVE NOT STOPPED MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

WITH INTERUM GOVERNMENT WOULD ACTUALLY BE A GREAT TIME FOR THEM TO ACT ON THEIR OWN AND KEEP ANY PART OF THE GOVERNMENT FROM BEING ABLE TO TAKE CREDIT FOR THE RV.

4-19-2014 Newshound Guru wmawhite I am of the opinion that the CBI is moving forward with the eventual change in status of the IQD. In other words, the 2014 budget needs the change in the IQD…but, the CBI does not need the budget.
